Notes

• Discount for single person or couple sharing
  
  £50 surcharge on midweek stays of fewer than 3 nights. No surcharge for weekends or midweek stays of 3 or more nights.
  
  Apartment 3 subject to a single £60 surcharge.
• A 20% deposit will be payable to confirm your booking. The balance owing plus security deposit will be due 28 days before the check-in date, or upon reservation if the check-in date is less than 28 days away.
  
  Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled up to 28 days before the arrival date the rental amount received will be refunded. If a booking is cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date 50% of the rental amount received will be retained as a cancellation fee. If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date 80% of the rental will be retained as a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to deduct any fees and charges incurred as a result of a cancellation after occupancy has commenced. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to events beyond our control and will refund all monies received.
