Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac this beautiful villa offers the choice of a tranquil holiday with complete privacy and magnificent rural views across the valley, and is an absolutely perfect romantic setting for couples, and also a perfect choice for families with children of all ages as there is a large pool and also a children's pool. within 15 minutes drive you are in the town of Moraira, where you can enjoy all the amenities of this wonderful quaint Spanish town and the golden beaches.The villa comprises of a spacious lounge/dining area, Satellite T.V and DVD, fully fitted pine kitchen with breakfast bar. Utility room. Main double bedroom, two twin bedded rooms. One shower room and one family bathroom. A covered porch/naya for dining alfresco and overlooking the magnificent pool, terrace and open countryside. A separate pergola offers shade from the sun with seating, or outdoor drafts and chess can be played. Gated driveway with parking for several cars. A perfect choice of holiday.

The villa overlooks the small village of Benitachell with its pretty church which is floodlit at night and looks magical. The views of Moraira, Javea and the Costa Blanca countryside are magnificent. Moraira is a 10 minute drive, whilst Javea is 15 minutes and Calpe and Denia 25 minutes. Moraira has grown from being a fishing village into a small but very exclusive year-round holiday destination, with sandy beaches, and rocky coves. There are many stylish shops, cafe/bars and restaurants serving traditional exquisite cuisine, and no high-rise apartments or hotels are permitted. Javea has three very distinct sections, The Old Town with its cobbled streets still retains its Spanish culture and history. The Port Area is still a fishing port with many shops, cafe/bars and wonderful restaurants, many of which are romantically set on the shoreline. The Arenal Beach offers a long sandy beach with play area for the children , a promenade and has many shops, cafe/bars and restaurants.

Local Surrounding Towns:: A must is a visit to Moriara market which is held every Friday, and has a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, shoes, bags, gift and trinkets stalls. Calpe Market is on a Saturday, Javea Market is Thursday, Denia Market is Saturdays and Benitachell is Wednesday, all are open from 8.30 am to 2.00 pm. The Jalon Valley is only a 40 minute drive away with the most beautiful countryside and restaurants tucked into the hillside, their market day is Saturday. Calpe is known for its volcanic towering rock, now turned into a nature park, climb the summit in an hour, or visit the beautiful beaches and many interesting boutiques and shops. Denia has long sandy beaches, and is a cosmopolitan town rich in history and culture. Walk down the Parisian-style tree lined avenue with wonderful shops and restaurants offering exquisite international cuisine, or simply sit and relax in one of the cafe/bars. Javea Old Town and Moraira Town are well worth visiting for cultural and historical sights.

Leisure Activities:: Disney-Style Terra Mitica theme park at Benidorm, Aqualandia Water Park, and Mundomar Exotic Animal and Marine Park are just 45 minutes drive from the villa and are fun packed days for all the family. There is a Safari Park at Vergel, Waterfalls at Bolulla, caves at Benidoleig and Canalobre. For superb quality entertainment and excellent food there are international shows that will keep you spellbound at the Benidorm Palace, also the Casino Mediterraneo at Villajoyosa, these are not to be missed. Javea has superb restaurants, especially at the Port where there is a pedestrian walk through and a wide selection of tables are laid romantically at the water's edge. At the Arenal Beach there are many restaurants and in the evening there are street markets selling trinkets and gifts along the promenade close to the sea. Also pan-pipe music and the chance to have your portrait painted. Moraira has a unique selection of restaurants to suite all tastes and market stalls in the town square.

Golfing Information:: Javea Golf Club which is open all year round, is within 10 minutes drive of the villa and is situated between Moraira and Javea . The course is a 9 hole, par 72, and 3,035 metres. Facilities include: Driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. This course although flat has many trees and water obstacles but presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, loung and club bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and la Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within a half hour drive there is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros, and within 40 minutes are the two championship courses of Real de Faula at Benidorm.

Endlich hatten wir mal ein Haus, dass wirklich hielt, was es auch auf den Bildern und Infos versprach( Es ist sogar noch besser wie auf den Bildern). Somit ein sensationelles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren von allem begeistert: Lage, Aussicht, Ausstattung und dem gepflegten Ambiente (tolle Gartenanlage).
Wenn man Sterne vergeben sollte dann hier meine Bewertung:
Haus : 4,9 Sterne ( kein Internet aber wer braucht es wirklich im Urlaub )
Pool : 5 Sterne
Sauberkeit : 5 Sterne
Betten : 5 Sterne ( super gute Betten lag noch nie so gut im Urlaub wie hier )
Service und Kommunikation : 5 Sterne (super nett )
Large : 4 Sterne ( man braucht ein Auto )
Wir waren zu 6 Personen und 2 Hunden und der Platz war vollkommen ausreichent.
Traumhaft !! Super Urlaub sehr zu empfehlen .
