Our house is the perfect setting for all occasions. For families it’s a great size to spread out and enjoy the space. Larger groups can flow throughout the house from the front kitchen to the back pool and patio. Everyone is involved in the gathering.
And for those that want it snug and private, our place is the most peaceful setting in Ahwatukee. It is warm and cozy…perfect for the intimate travelers.
When you first enter the house you lead into a beautiful open space with 20 foot vaulted ceilings looking straight through to the back French doors and a view of the pool.
A few steps in and you see the complete East side of the house from the breakfast nook with four tall chairs and a table (in the kitchen), to the counter/dining area seating 12 more. Then into a furniture grouping, surrounding the television and fireplace with a couch, a loveseat, and the most comfortable lounger you’ll ever settle in. The couch extends into a bed, sleeping two additional guests.
On the other side of the house are two bedrooms and a bathroom and then the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom is a dream of charm and elegance. You enter through double French Doors into a spacious bedroom that has another set of French Doors leading to the pool and patio. It is a sight to wake up to.
Adjoined with the Master Bedroom is the glass shower enclosure with a duel shower head, next to an oval tub big enough for two. Then into a walk in closet with all the space you need.
This Master Bedroom is very private and you can also open up the French Doors and be in the center of the party.
The pool is everything needed in a pool. No diving but just the right depth for all of the fun and games in the water.
After you’ve fully settled into the comfort of the house adjusting the fans to paradise level, you can look down the street and see our lake that you saw on your way to the house. You can stroll down the street to the lake and do all kinds of things. Non motorized and electric water craft can be taken onto the lake. Canoes, paddle boats, rafts… etc. You can go fishing and catch and release the fish and our guests do not need a license or permit. You can not go swimming in the lake so you just come back to your pool at home. Then the lake is one of the most popular attractions for joggers and walkers alike. And there are large areas of greenbelt walkways weaved throughout the waterway. Wonderful for travelers that look forward to a stroll, walk or jog round the beautiful lake setting.
When you need shopping you will find every major store and shop all over Ahwatukee. And for the best in a Mall experience you can take three minutes to get on Pecos/202 Freeway and be at the Chandler Mall in no time. Or turn North on I-10 for 15 minutes and you will be in the middle of an American world class city on the leading edge of metropolitan culture, and the intense city life experience. Endless shopping and all of the things to do are too numerous to mention. Nature, sports, casinos, fine dining, social events…Phoenix has it all.

Back at the house you’ll have a hot tub to relax in under the stars and a wood fireplace to warm the Southern nights. When it's hot out relax in the cooling private pool at the house.
