This villa is well laid out and spacious as per the website description. It was fantastic after a tiring Theme Park day to sit around the pool watching the wildlife on (and in) the lake to the rear - extremely relaxing.
The service from booking to leaving at the end of the stay was excellent and the villa was extremely clean throughout.
The villa's position provides easy access to all of the Disney parks and to the Interstate 4 (motorway) which provides access to Universal Studios, Seaworld and even Busch Gardens near Tampa.
The main road through Kissimmee (192) is within 5 minutes and provides a vast range of eating places - some favourites of ours were Ponderosa, Red Lobster, Denny's and Pizza Hut.
We would definitely recommend this villa to friends and are about to enquire re-booking it for May 2012.
