This stunning waterfront property located on Cleveland Point, St Margaret's Bay boasts its own private beach. The property comprises a totally refurbished, architect designed beach house on approximately half an acre of garden. It benefits from a large wrap around deck overlooking the ocean on the main floor and a veranda off the master bedroom. Fully fitted kitchen and dining and living room on the main floor. Three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. In the fully finished basement is a large rec room, king size bedroom with own en suite and laundry facilities. Just minutes from Hubbards, where you can find all amenities and popular Queensland Beach. The famous Shore Club is close by. Halifax is 35 minutes away and the airport is 45 minutes away. The house can sleep 6 - 7 comfortably.

Situated 5 min drive from Hubbards where you can find a supermarket, bank, doctor, dentist, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, tourist information. 15 min drive from Chester for the famous Yacht races and excellent golf. 30 Min's from Halifax for restaurants, shopping, nightlife, casino, museums. 40 Min's to the beautiful Peggy's Cove. 40 Min's to Lunenburg UNESCO site and The Caves. 2 hours to Upper Clements Park - well worth the drive if you have children. Fun for all. 20 Min's to Hammonds Plains for riding at Hatfield Farm 45 Min's to Martock for skiing.

The WOW factor for this lovely house began as we walked in the front door. It was everything we wished for and more. So comfortable and beautifully arranged we felt relaxed and at home immediately. The views from the deck and the bedroom were ever changing. They just take your breath away as each day you are given new colours and interest.
The proximity to all the amenities yet the quiet position of the house were a real bonus. We could not praise Tania and Will enough for their attention to our comfort. Our Christmas break was certainly full of surprises and it was so great to have the Beach House to come back to and unwind in its tranquillity. Having seen it in the winter snows we would love to return and experience it in the summer enjoying the beach on the doorstep. A wonderful place to take the family where there is so much to do or even just to spend time on your own. Many thanks to Tania and Will for ensuring we had such a memorable holiday in a fabulous house. Liz and Alan fromUK
