Jolly Beach is just a few hundred yards away a long sweep of soft white sand and turquoise sea fringed by palm trees and with a backdrop of scenic hills and peaks.
The entrance to Jolly Harbour Marina and resort is also just 10 minutes walk from Hamilton Estate. This extensive complex offers the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean and superb recreation facilities. A fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre. The commercial centre has a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket to sustain the needs for everyday living. For all its many amenities, Jolly Harbour remains a sophisticated and tranquil setting to while away the holiday hours.
Antigua:
Antigua is the heart and soul of the Caribbean, an exotic tropical island with an abundance of palm-fringed beaches, warm sparkling sea, English-speaking and life-loving locals, a wealth of land and water based activities, a huge choice of delicious international cuisines, and a background soundtrack of calypso and reggae.
The island is about 14 miles long by 11 miles wide and is renowned for its 365 stunning beaches, miles of picturesque coves, its legendary Sailing and Carnival Weeks, a profound love of cricket, cooling trade winds and ample sunshine.
Antigua is the perfect destination for sun-worshippers, water sports enthusiasts, golfers, and food-lovers.
Antigua has a rich history and heritage and this is reflected in its architecture and customs. The restored Nelsons Dockyard at English Harbour is a prime example of this and sugar mills and plantation houses dot the island. Inland towards the southwest is an unspoiled rainforest interspersed with picturesque villages.

We have provided a local mobile phone for you to use throughout your stay anywhere on the island. It has a local 'pay as you go' sim which can be topped up at most local stores. This is especially useful for booking local restaurants, taxi's etc.
You do not need to arrange car hire as you can use our car FREE throughout your holiday.
You will need a full UK, US or European Licence and then apply for a temporary Antiguan Drivers Licence ($US20 or $EC50).
