New Spanish style villa on gated secure luxury golf complex with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining room, spacious fully equipped kitchen and inner Spanish courtyard. The large garden includes a private10m swimming pool, an astroturf badminton/short tennis/volley ball court, a boules pitch and a practice putting hole. There is a large patio area for sunbathing, a BBQ area and a shaded terrace with a large table for eating outdoors. Hacienda del Alamo includes an 18 hole championship golf course, a 6 hole practice course, a 2 tier driving range with practise areas and a superb new club house. The complex also has several tennis courts The village of Fuente Alamo is a couple of miles away offering a very traditional Spanish village with supermarket, shops and restaurants. The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are about 30mins away as are lovely med beaches.

It is served by two major airports, Murcia (30min drive) and Alicante (50min drive) from which a wide selection of low-budget airlines offer affordable flights to the UK and Ireland in just over 2hrs.

There is a 10m pool, a short tennis court/badminton / volley ball court, a practice putting hole and a boules pitch as well as a large patio and BBQ area and shaded terrace. There is an inner courtyard with table and chairs. There are plenty of sunlounges and chairs and tables. The villa has extensive open views to the rear. A trellis laden with bourgenvillae ensures the pool privacy. There is a gated carport and the resort has the benefit of 24hr security.

Relaxing, peaceful holiday

Overall our stay was very good. The pool is an excellent size to keep any child or adult happy and the badminton court a bonus {although you have to play when its cool!}
The villa is lovely in a quite area and is well equipped.
End of August was a good time to go with a fiesta going on in most villages, the local being Fuente De Alamo,and the Audi Med Cup in Cartagena.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Top class villa with superb facilites

We have just returned from a wonderful vacation at this fantastic well appointed villa. The villa is in a superb location for a hustle and bustle free relaxing summer holiday. The villa has a great pool and is extremely well equipped. The badminton court can be used for many alternative activities such as tennis, football and cricket. If you’re thinking of spending some real quality time with your family then this is definitely worth considering.
The Hacienda resort is quiet but there are numerous parks and sports facilities dotted around.
The nearby town approx 10 minutes away by car has everything you need in terms of restaurants (Stallones is excellent) and bars and there is a well stocked supermarket approx 5 mins away by car.
Beaches that are safe for young children and quiet can be found near Mazzaron with the best we found at Bolnuevo near the Hotel Bahia (real sand and quite shallow to a large distance).
We will definitely be rebooking in the future. Many thanks

Beautiful Villa

Fantastic villa, tasetfully furnished with excellent facilities.
Lovely pool and outside area for BBQ and outdoor living.
A very relaxed environment.
Only a few restaurants on complex but we didn;t have to travel far to find villages with bars and restaurants
I would recommend a car for sightseeing but for total relaxation its ideal.
We received good info re the surrounding area.
I would certainly recommend this property and will be returning.
