Transportation and Large Group bookings:
The guests can reserve our private driver for any of their transportation needs; airport transportations from and to the airport, either Montego Bay or Kingston, tours, shopping, special trips, etc.
The driver can be booked as a full time driver package or arrangements can be made as needed directly with the driver at the villa.
There are 4 vehicles available, all new and very comfortable; 7 seater van, 15 seater, 25 seater and 35 seater minibuses.
The owner of the villa can make the initial reservation with the driver for the airport pick up on arrival, all payments and further arrangements will be made directly by the guest with the driver.
For large group bookings, we can link with 2 neighbour villas right next door and together these villas accommodate up to 40 people. Ideal for Weddings, family celebrations, corporate events, golfing parties, etc.
Food and meals:
Valley High VIlla has a full time chef/cook at the villa, ready to provide the guests with fabulous meals of their choice. The services of the cook and other staff is included in the villa rate, but a customary 10-15% gratuity is to be paid at the end of the vacation, in cash, directly to the staff.
Before the guests arrive, a food request list is asked to be filled by the guest. This list is for the cook to be able to purchase and stock up the kitchen for the arriving guest, so that the first 24 hours are taken care of and the guest can arrive and relax. In this list the guest can request their first lunch and/or dinner and first breakfast that they wish the cook to prepare and serve. The second day the guest reimburses the cook for the shopping expenses. Then the guest may plan with the cook the meals and food shopping for the rest of the vacation.
Regardless who shops, the guest, the cook or both, the guest is responsible for the cost of all food and drinks.
Valley High Villa consists of a large hillside property, a plantation of hundreds of fruit trees. There is a spring water river that runs through the property at the bottom of the hill and it's a fun place to take a dip and feel the clear cold water on a hot day. Guests must be aware though that the hillside is very steep. It is not easy to walk down to the river. Good walking shoes are needed. This is a serious hike that is recommended only for the fit and serious nature lovers. You may pick citrus fruits and other exotic fruits that grow on the property while wondering around the hillside.
The view from the property is absolutely fabulous, all around the mountains, over the town of Runaway Bay , the turquoise blue Caribbean Ocean and our local Breezes Golf Course.
There is a rustic little 'shack' down the hillside, where one can get away from it all and listen to the noises of the nature, take a nap, read a book or meditate.
