Furnished with taste and a delightful tuscan style, moreover, a central bathroom with tub. Great for family or group of friends. 2 kitchens. One of them is outside the house, under a gazebo. Well furnished, (cooker with 4 rings, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine) ideal for organising dinners and spending time outdoors under a gazebo with pergola and furnished with armchairs,a swing, tables and chairs. The location is better than pictures can tell.

First time, we spent our holidays in this villa, we were well surprised. The location is better than pictures can tell.
You’ll find several possibilities to relax in the detached villa. Even if you stay there with several friends or family you’ll find a place to retreat from everybody. Several lounges in the huge lovely garden and at the well-maintained pool invite to linger. But also a lot of activities are offered: a tennis court and table tennis outside, tabletop football and piano inside the villa. The whole location offers a family atmosphere and rooms are lovely arranged.
For meals we usually used the outside kitchen or the barbeque nearby. It is well furnished and the nice pergola offers the possibility to sit all together surrounded by wine and olive trees. But you will also find enough room inside in bad weather.
The owner was always very friendly and helpful.
We already stayed there for three times and we are looking forward to come again.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Tuscany a lovely place...

The villa offers you everything you need to have a great time in the Tuscany!

Tennis court, basketball court, two kitchens (one in the house, one outside), a pool (unfortunately it was to coold) a big garden and enough place to stay there with the hole family (more than 5 bedrooms).

We enjoyed our time in a well cleaned property with a friendly owner who helped us out as our car broke during our visit. Thanks again to Nora!

The villa is huge and nicely decorated. Bedrooms are clean and so cute. Kids loved the Yellows bedroom!!! The garden is amazing with lots of relaxing areas with shade. We spent most of the time at the patio tastiing the red wine, some of them played tennis and kids enjoyed the pool so much!!!!!!! I would definetly raccomend this villa! J.

Nach einer 9 stündigen Anfahrt wurden wir von Nora der Besitzerin mit einem strahlenden Lächeln begüßt. Das Ferienhaus / die Anlage lässt keine Wünsche offen. Haus und Außenanlage sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, hervorragend ausgestattet und persönlich eingerichtet. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Erholung bieten die weitläufige Gartenlandschaft, Tischtennis, Kicker und der gepflegt Tennisplatz. Bei gutem Wetter ist der überdachte Grillplatz und der Pool mehrere Pausentage wert. In der Nähe gibt es einige Gaststätten (von preiswert bis gehobene Klasse) mit dem Toskana typischen Ambiente sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die uns zuteil gewordene Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit - egal ob von der Besitzerin, Nachbarn, beim Einkaufen oder in den Gaststätten hat uns sehr beindruckt. Die Anlage ist auch für Familein mit Kindern geeignet - wir werden das nächste Mal unsere Kinder und Enkel mitbringen.
