The House is situated in a quiet neighbourhood close to shops, restaurants and golf courses. The house is within a 10 - 15 minute drive to the local beach at Pine Island it is also located nearby to nature reserves, bush habitats and wildlife parks. It is approximately 1and 1/2 hours drive to the Disney area and 45 minutes drive to Busch Gardens in Tampa.

the villa is situated in a quiet location but very close to shops, restaurants and several good Golf courses. the villa inside is beautiful and clean with every thing you could posibly need to enjoy your Holiday. the master bedroom is large and spacious with a large bed that is great to sleep in, the room has an on suit bathroom that is amazing with a large walk in shower area that i could of spent all day in. the pool is one of the best i have been in, its large and deep at one end which made it great for me to swim in easily and it gets the sun all day. the two guest bedrooms are also spacious and very comfortable. i am looking forward to coming back here next year for another great Holiday i enjoyed it here so much.
