Welcome to Ashland Palms – A truly luxurious and spacious executive 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom villa that offers an ideal location from which to enjoy all of the many superb Orlando attractions as well as a tranquil haven where you can relax in the south facing pool & spa in the glorious Florida Sun. The villa is situated within the exclusive Glenbrook Resort on Highway 27, only 15 minutes drive from the Disney Theme Parks and 25 minutes drive form the many attractions of the International Drive Area. The villa offers fully air-conditioned and exceptional accommodation quality, sleeping 10 comfortably. There is a fully equipped Games Room, two spacious living areas, broadband internet access, security alarm & TVs in all bedrooms. Outside there is a wonderful south facing Pool and Spa complete with high quality patio furniture, safety fence and outside and lighting so that you can continue to enjoy this area when the sun goes down. The villa also benefits from a covered patio area.

Situated just north of Route 192 on Highway 27, Glenbrook Resort is only 15 minutes drive from the magic of the Disney World Theme Parks. A further 15 minutes will take you to the heart of the International Drive area. The resort is also ideally placed for taking a trip to Busch Gardens in Tampa or one of the many wonderful beaches on both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. There is a Walgreens pharmacy at the Resort entrance & a large Wal Mart Supermarket is less than a mile away. Many other shops and restaurants can be found within 5 –10 minutes drive.

Notes: We have converted our garage into a wonderful Games Room containing a pool table, air hockey & table football - a great place for all the family to relax after a day at the parks. Our pool & spa is south facing which makes a big difference to how much sun you get in the pool deck area & if the sun gets too much there is a covered lanai to provide a cooling shade. A security alarm system is also available for added peace of mind. The Glenbrook Resort facilities are concentrated in and around the Clubhouse. The clubhouse itself contains a gymnasium and a games room with a pool table and air-hockey table. Outside the clubhouse there is a large resort pool with water mushroom, as well as a tennis court and sand volleyball court. All of the resort facilities, lawned areas and accommodation are continually maintained to a very high standard for our guests enjoyment. If you need two adjacent villas then we can help. Travelled to Florida as a group of adults ready to 'play' at the theme parks.
Upon entering the villa was really surprised at the size of it! The rooms were fantastically spacious and had everything we could have wanted.
The pool was brilliant for the lazy days we spent away from the parks, and the games room was a great way to spend the evenings.
Can't wait for our holiday next year!

Fantastic Villa!!

Directions to the villa were excellent and the location was fantastic for us, with all the theme parks close by.
We were blown away with the interior of the property when we first entered. It had everything we wished for and the master bedroom and bathroom was amazing, as were the other rooms.
The pool was brilliant, and it was great to have a spa area and a games room.
We spent most days at the parks, but also had a couple of quiet days at the villa which was very relaxing.
The community we were staying in had additional facilities which we used - a tennis court and a large pool.
We would not hesitate in returning again - our holiday was FANTASTIC!

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

I have been lucky enough to stay at Ashland Palms four times in the last three years, most recently in June 2009. What a great find.

Like many Canadians I am very familiar with the Orlando/Disney area and have stayed in a variety of resort hotels and rental properties in the area over the last twenty-five years. Ashland Palms, in my opinion, is undoubtedly the best. The listing description is accurate in every way. The villa is beautifully and comfortably furnished, clean and well-maintained.There are so many attractions/activities/entertainments/restaurants/ available there must surely be something for everyone. Among my personal favourites are: anything Disney, Sea World: Applebee's, Chili's and Houlihan's restaurants: Lake Louisa Nature Reserve: Premier, Prime and Lake Buena Vista outlet malls. Further afield Mount Dora is a delightful little town to visit.

At the end of a busy day the villa is a very welcoming place to return to, and the games room and poolprovide further entertainment. I have recommended this villa to many relatives and friends, four of whom have now stayed there with their families. They all share my enthusiasm for Ashland Palms. Happy vacationing!
