Great place, great time, great owner!

This condo perfectly suited the needs for our family of four, including two preschoolers, plus grandparents. The bunks were a fun and cozy place for the kids to sleep (and even though they are located right next to the front door, they were so tired after a day at the beach/pool that they never woke up in spite of several ins and outs by the rest of the family). The master bedroom is large, with a beautiful gulf-front view. The guest bedroom is next to the outdoor walkway, but we didn't hear any noise after hours. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics - pots, pans, baking sheets, wine opener, can opener - and the balcony was big enough for all of us to go out and watch the sunset. The kids loved the heated pool and the sand just beyond it. There weren't many other kids to play with, and our family was under the average age of most of the resort's patrons by several decades (having not stayed here before, I'm not sure if that's simply because it's snowbird time or if this resort generally does cater to the older set), but everyone was friendly and seemed glad to see a few preschoolers making merry in the area. The only thing I would change about this resort is to plop it down closer to Pier Park; we love being able to walk over to shop, play and eat at our favorite local oyster bar, Dusty's (which is not at Pier Park but close by). Other than that, a perfect place for a perfect trip!
