The villa is surrounded by large gardens with panoramic swimming pool, two large patios for meals 'al fresco'. A Beautiful House

We stayed for a week late April 2011 and had great weather (although too cold to use the pool!).
Six of us ranging in ages from 13 to 50 (with 18/21 in-between).
It is a beautiful house in a perfect location for exploring local countryside and towns/cities/sights, but also very peaceful. It easily swallowed our family and would do the same with more people, having plenty of different areas to sit, eat, sleep and relax.
Very well equipped with all that is needed whether eating/cooking at home, collecting take-away (pizza), or eating out - good local food available in Impruneta and surrounding area/villages.
Family very welcoming and helpful, and property well maintained and clean.
Both Tuscany and Villa Le Dame lived up to all of our expectations and we will be returning to both.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Excellent property

I stayed here with my family at the end of May. The property is absolutely fabulous. Really very beautiful with large, nicely furnished rooms, all with en-suite. There were more public rooms than we knew what to do with as well as several outside areas that made it easy to enjoy a Tuscan picnic either under cover in the middle of the day or under the starry Italian sky. The property is about 1 mile outside of Impruneta making it feel rural but meaning that restaurants/supermarkets are easily accessible. It's also easy to visit areas such as San Gimignano & Florence as well as smaller villages within the Chianti region.
The property was clean and well equipped. We struggled to work the TV but didn't really plan on watching TV in Italy anyway.
There were two bikes available to use and the pool was much appreciated if best described as refreshing.
The only thing that was missing was a folder of local attractions as it would have made it easier to organise a trip to a local vineyard or made us aware of other areas of local interest.
I have already recommended this property to friends.
