Splendid Villa situated in dominant position in the hills above the small village of Bargecchia in a peaceful neighbourhood.

Particularly impressive is the view over the vast planes which stretch over to the sea with glimpses of the surrounding mountains.

A refined home, just 9 km, from the beaches in Versilia and from where you can easily visit the pearls of both Tuscany and Liguria with it's splendid Gulf of La Spezia (40 minutes drive) and the renowned 'Cinque Terre'.

In the terraced gardens you will find the irregular form (9x4.5 Mts) swimming pool with Roman steps.

In Bargecchia 900 meters away there are some essential services (post office, restaurant and small grocers/butchers) All other amenities are within a radius of 5-6 km
