Very private (no neighbours), private pool, covered and open terraces. Perfect for people to relax, wander through the very green surroundings or just read a book and enjoy your own personal place during your holiday. Private pool, outside grill area. Just minutes walking from the center of the small village Benidoleig, where you will find everything you need. Just 20-30 min away from the beaches of Denia and Moraira. 10min from a big new shopping Mall in Ondara with cinemas. The interior offers you everything if you are a lover of nature. Bring your dog and make long walks. You will really relax her during your holidays.

Golf courses in the area. The beautiful back land gives you the feeling of being in Spain with its wonderful small villages and local restaurants. Benidorm is at 30km with various theme parks. In-flight possibilities: Alicante and Valencia.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Administration and final cleaning costs of 100 Euros will be added to the rental price.
    There is AC in the master bedroom and the kitchen-dining area. If use is wanted 50 Euros per week will be added to the rental price.
  • Bed linen, towels, bath mats, electricity, water and gas are included in the rental price. Beds are made upon arrival. A linen change can be ordered upon arrival at our office at 12 Euros p.p. per week. Beds made.
  • On the day of arrival we ask for a € 500 Euros damage deposit which will only be used for large damages and will be returned to you 1 week after the departure date.
    On arrival day the villa will be ready at 16.00 and on departure date the villa needs to be vacated at 10.00
    Flexible on request.
