Charming villa situated in panoramic position, near the mediaeval hamlet of Casole d'Elsa, not far from Siena and San Gimignano. This characteristic home has a warm comfortable atmosphere, it lies in a peaceful position but at the same time is within easy reach of the main art and historic centres in Tuscany. Great care has been taken in the renovation of the cottage, respecting the ancient Tuscan traditions, with wood beams and terracotta floors. The villa is surrounded by private gardens where there is a 10x5m private swimming pool. The house itself faces the large patio with table and chairs for al fresco dining and from where you can also enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hills and the charming hamlet of Casole D'elsa in the distance This splendid area of Tuscany is characterised by the ancient hamlets, vineyards, olive groves, ancient villas and the soft rolling hills sweeping over to the horizon.
