This makes it an ideal place for yard games, children's play and family events yet is very quiet and secluded. The large deck sits on the front of the house with a table, seating and a large gas grill. This is a perfect place for enjoying your time with family and friends. The cottage is only 1 1/2 blocks from the downtown business district and the River. There is also a beautiful nature preserve just 100 yards down the street. Take your coffee and make a morning walk on the nature trail that winds along the border of the wetland area. This area is full of wildlife and nature's beauty.
