Situated down a quiet country lane 1.5k from athis de l'orne, stands in its own grounds surrounded by fields. The house has 3bedrooms each with double beds, bathroom full size bath, separate shower & toilet. Downstairs entrance into old cottage leading into open plan dining room fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and lounge area, patio doors opening on to patio & gardens.

Suisse Normandy,Normandy's own little Switzerland takes its name from the deep gorges and rocky crags of the river orne with the beautiful surrounding landscape and valleys it is ideal for outdoor pursuits,there is 15 minutes drive away canoeing and kayaking at conde-sur-vire and pont d'ouilly on the river orne,just 20 minutes is the beautiful spar town bangnoles-de l'orne built around a lake in a forest it has many sports activities,shops,restaurants,casino,and the chateau d'O at his town is 5 minutes away where you will find all the local shops,with the church at the centre,there is also a large picnic area by the 2 lakes and woodland walks and children's play area, flers is 7km away with excellent clothes shops bars restaurants,2 big supermarkets,and the railway station which takes you straight into Paris in about 2hours
