The villa is newly renovated, fully furnished & presented to a very high standard throughout. The open plan living area overlooks a large terrace on either side and a clear view of the hills towards Grasse, worldwide known for its perfumes. Private pool, furnished pool house with kitchenette, TV, WC and shower. A wooded garden with a pétanque/boule court and ideal for Badminton and ball games. Ideal location for fast access to coastal towns such as Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, Nice and within easy reach of hilltop villages to be visited, such as Mougins (famous for its gastronomy) and St. Paul de Vence. A golfer’s paradise with two courses and Tennis Club within 10 minutes drive and another 8 golf courses within 30min. of Villa.

Opio, Valbonne and Biot are beautiful unspoilt medieval villages to explore with the true feeling of Provence. There are numerous bars and restaurants serving everything from gourmet meals through pasta to crepes and pizzas. Regular markets and a wide range of local shops. Opio shopping centre (supermarket, butcher, baker, pharmacy) 3 mins. by car with a fabulous Friday morning market. At the coast, just outside Biot is a large fun fair along with the world famous water park and marine show “Marineland” with dolphins, sea lions, killer whales and sharks, shown with music and a light show at night. There is an extensive selection of night life in Cannes, Antibes/Juan-les-Pins and Nice. GOLF The villa is at the centre of an extensive network of golf courses: La Grande Bastide, the Royal Mougins Golf Club and several others - 2 within 10 minutes drive and another 8 within 30 minutes of the villa.   • Booking notes
    If you book for 2 weeks, we offer a reduction of 130 Euros from the second week’s price. Payment is made in Euros. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the property. The balance, together with a refundable security deposit of 600 Euros to cover breakages, must be received 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival, the full amount of the rental is payable with the booking.
    We arrange cleaning at the end of your holiday. This is a charge of 100 € irrespective of the length of your stay.
    Normal availability for the villa: All year round.
  • Changeover dates:
    May, June, July and August - Start/end dates must run Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time is from 16:00 hours and departure time is before 10 am. Other months, we are happy to take midweek start/end days other than Saturday.
    There is a supplement of 150 Euros.
