Near beach on West Coast - a fantastic property with pool - everything for your holiday in Barbados. A two bedroom house and two apartments of a high standard, including free wireless internet cable TV, DVD, radio/CD, telephone. Set in tropical paradise of fruit trees and beautiful foliage and flowers.. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, lounge with patio.....kitchen leading to garden room (for dining) overlooking the pool. The apartments are large, spacious and airy, one on the ground floor and one on 1st floor - where you can view the Sunset. They have large bathrooms/cum dressing rooms and full kitchens and their own private patios. All the facilities of the hose are replicated in the apartments. Located just a few minutes away from the white sandy beaches of the West Coast and also within minutes of all the shops, bars and restaurants of the area.

Two one bedroom Studio apartments with full kitchen , large bathroom cum dressing room and private patio. Air conditioned, cable TV, free internet wireless access, maid service, laundry, telephone and so the list goes on. Set in lovely landsscaped gardens, with the top apartment having views to the Sea and the tropical sunset and the lower apartment a lovely garden view. Both units are large, spacious, airy, well equipped and well maintained and set within a secure garden - both are completely private from each other and from the plumbago Villa which is net door. the pool on the property is for the use of guests of the Villa and the two apartments. we live in a quiet area of Sunset Crest - no through traffic - three mins walk to the beach, another large beach /pool complex that is also available for your use with a l5% discount allowed on all food and beverage taken there.....also the shops, restaurants and bars of the area. What more could you want - come on down !!

Plumbago Villa and apartments are located on the West Coast of Barbados at Sunset Crest, Holetown - next door to the famous Sandy Lane Resort - . Beautiful beaches are just a stones throw away from the property as are all the amenities of the area, including golf, tennis, horse riding, diving and every known watersport. There are lots of shops and supermarket, cafes, bars and restaurants of every description which cater for all budgets. In February we have the Holetown Festival which runs for a week and brings lots of cultural and musical events and is something not to be missed.

  • The bathrooms for the apartments are legendary....for their size and beauty. They are a pleasure to spend time in !!!!.....Actually, I went overboard with the bathroom sizes (!!!) - but have incorporated the Dressing Room facility in them also, so that there is no need to clutter up the main room at all, as everything, but everything can be fitted in the bathroom. They have a large shower, an onyx vanity unit, lots of drawer and cupboard space - plus windows for the breeze and the views !!!

  • There are TWO Studio apartments - situated next to Plumbago Villa. An upper apartment and a lower one. Both have their own patio which is private and both have large bathrooms cum dressing rooms, and a well equipped , full kitchen with all the ' toys'. the top apartment has two very large single beds (3'6') each - which can be separated or joined together. Both bedrooms are large, airy and beautifully furnished - . We are quietly located next door to a lovely parkland which gives access to the shopping Centre (three minute walk), the beach, (five minutes) and all the restaurants and bars plus other amenities of the area......there are Banks, Post Office, Library, 24 hour Gas Station, Police Station - a prospering small area of Barbados that is absolutely loved by the visitors as it has everything they need/want. A car is not needed - the bus service is good.

Notes: The property can be rented out as a whole if a request is made - however, if the whole property is not required, then we are happy to rent separately - i.e. either house or one apartment. At the moment I am living on the property in the lower apartment but this could change . I do not take children under a certain age as they might interfere with the relaxation necessary for couples who might be renting one of the apartments and it has always been a bit of a problem in as much as the children tend to take over the pool area as though it is their own and I am trying to avoid that possibility so I encourage couples/friends who wish for a more relaxed and quiet time to come here as there will be no noisy children taking up the pool area !!!!

Sunset Crest: Plumbago Villa and apartments are located in a most sought after area of the West Coast of Barbados. the beaches of the West Coast are within minutes walk and the area abounds with activities available - including two world class golf courses, tennis courts, horse riding, every water sport imaginable and lots of shops, restaurants and bars. We are in a quiet location, without traffic noise - and a parkland area next door to the property gives access to all the above without having to run the gauntlet of the traffic - of which, of late, there is a lot in Barbados. You can relax by the pool and do nothing....its up to you. We also have a Beach Cub with its own pool which you can also use if you want to be right by the beach - restaurant there too and a l5% discount for all drinks and meals.
