Villa Nicobar is a stunning ultra luxury villa located in the exclusive Galley Bay Heights Antigua. The villa has uninterrupted views of the sea and beach. The villa has 4 double rooms and one single sleeping 9 and extends over 7,500 sq/ft. The most luxurious products have been used, sourced throughout Europe by an international interior designer. The villa has a spectacular open plan sitting/dining room leading out to a spacious veranda with a 10 seat teak table for al- fresco eating. The large terrace, jacuzzi and infinity pool are located beyond allowing the most amazing views of the Caribbean Sea and The Great Room is fitted with a flat screen TV and a BOSE sound system which is wired to the kitchen, terrace and master bedroom. There is also a Nintendo Wii games console.The eight seat maple dining table ingeniously flips over to become a snooker table with a deep Caribbean blue baize. All bedrooms are en-suite with walk in rain showers and have their own veranda. Chef on request.

Chef Service: Our chef Vere Mayers is available for you depending on your requirements. He has been in the industry for 18 years and started his career studying at The Culinary Institute of America. He has worked extensively in the USA as well as in the Caribbean. Most recently he has been working as a private chef at 5 star resort Jumby Bay in Antigua. Vere specialises in healthy cooking particularly Mediterranean cuisine and Italian cuisine. He is also able to prepare Asian cuisine and Caribbean cuisine. He will be happy to discuss menus for your stay including fresh Lobster which is landed 10 minutes from Villa Nicobar twice a week. Vere’s previous cliental include Frank Lampard, Sir Paul McCartney, Ann Bass and Maria Carey; so you will be in good company! Vere is also capable of working with medical diets, allergies and any other special diets at your request.

We are back home and missing Villa Nicobar already. Drew (my wife) and our sons really enjoyed the vacation. Your home was especially nice. We have often rented villas and this is the very first time the villa turned out better than the advertisement. I can not express how special Mearle is but I am sure you know that. Besides keeping the villa perfect, she was always there if we had a need. She is also terrific with the kids and a lovely person. Drew especially enjoyed a friendship with her and enjoyed her company. Finally we enjoyed eating at the restaurants in town and having “Australian” ice cream every evening

Fantastic Honeymoon

We had an incredible time at Villa Nicobar during our honeymoon. The villa is beautiful and we really enjoyed our time there. The pool, the view, and the home all exceeded our expectations and we are grateful that we stayed there. We had an incredible chef (we gave his contact info to Mearl) who cooked us meals everyday and added a lot to our stay. He was a local guy who had previously been the head Chef at The Beach. We would thoroughly recommend the villa. Jamie May 09

Fab stay at Nicobar

What an amazing villa. We spent 2 fantastic weeks with 2 families and had a wonderful relaxing holiday. We have rented several times in Barbados and Nicobar wins hands down. Merle the housekeeper met us at the airport and guided us to the villa. She is a real asset and great with the children and babysat several nights. The view from the deck is spectacular and all the bedrooms are large but we had the master with the Jacuzzi. The pool has some funky lights which made dinner on the terrace with the music going a real event. We loved the space and open plan sitting room and the kids enjoyed the Wii. The villa is fitted out to a real luxury spec and the boys enjoyed playing pool in the evening. We also had really good weather every day and we will defiantly be coming back next year. Sarah
