There are 4 total bedrooms with queen size beds. A loft area with a queen bed and two twin beds. The lower level consists of two bedrooms and a second living room (den) with satellite TV and plenty of space.
Approximately 3000 square feet that includes a large kitchen with a dining table that seats 8 and a sit at bar area that seats 4. Large loft overlooking living room, with a wall of windows. Large wrap-around screened in porch with seasonal lake views and plenty of seating. Gas grill also located on porch. Enjoy the fire pit within steps of porch.
This home is situated on White Oak Creek. Three miles to boat ramp, where you can purchase ice, to fill your cooler for the day. Conley Bottom Marina is 5 minutes by boat. Mill Springs Park (which is on the National Register of Battlefields. It hosts the world's largest operating waterwheel. The waterfalls are also breathtaking!) is just 5 minutes by boat. Lee's Ford Marina is 30 minutes by boat and 15 minutes by car.

Myself and a close group of friends stayed at this property in August of 2014. We all had a great time! There are many great things about this property. I will offer up the highlights...
1) It is large, much larger than the pictures make it look. Our group of 11 felt like we had tons of space.
2) It is a charm. The log cabin is beautiful, inside and out. Again, I felt like the pictures didn't quite do it justice.
3) The screened in porch is enormous and bug free. It rained one day during our visit and the porch was the perfect place to hang out.
4) From the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the laundry room, everything is in great working order.
1) Isolated...but not too isolated. The cabin is tucked back from the street and there aren't many neighbors within 500 yards or so. The property has a private/secluded feel to it.
2) Lake Access...We had rented a pontoon boat from Conley Bottom for 5 days and parked it at the end of the hiking trail that exists on the property. For those of you that know Lake Cumberland, there aren't many properties that offer access to the lake. A 5 minute hike put you right on the water.
1) Very friendly and offered up a ton of good advice (where to go, what to do, places to shop, etc.)
2) Always replied to phone calls/e-mails very quickly (within 24 hours).
3) You could tell that she cared about your stay.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is seeking a Lake Cumberland vacation.
Our family of 10 rented the lake home for a family reunion and we loved it! We felt right at home and are planning to stay here again next year during our annual family reunion trip. The lake home looked just like the photos and was very clean. The owner was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and went out of her way to accommodate our elderly mother who has limited mobility. I would recommend the lake home to anyone looking to stay in the area.
The home was very nice. Only 2 issues, concerns - we could not get local TV channels on the Direct TV and the beds were not very comfortable and squeaked a lot when you moved at all.
Everything else went really well.

This cabin is absolutely breathtaking! From the moment you walk in, you feel right at home. The cabin was extremely clean and had all the kitchen items needed to grill, cook meals and there was plenty of storage. We have a group of 10 girlfriends that take an annual trip every July and yet again found a wonderful place to stay. There were plenty of rooms and almost everyone had their own bed. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch and ate all of our meals there. The owner is a delightful as can be and extremely responsive to any emails/text messages. We will definitely add this cabin to our list of future trips.
We booked this place for a family reunion and we all had a wonderful time. The weather this time of year had a lot of rain. The lake was very HIGH. We booked for 5 nights and it rained 3 of the days we were at lake Cumberland. But that did not matter, as the house has a very large screened deck overlooking the woods and the river. We were on the deck everyday and every night. The house is beautiful and well maintained. There is a path that leads to the river from the house, Very steep in some areas and very slippery with all the rain. But it was a good way to go down to the water and enjoy the refreshing lake. The house comes with a large gas grill on the deck, which we used everyday. The town of Nancy has a nice little restaurant in town for breakfast at very reasonable prices. Also check out the new meat market in town. Excellent smoked ribs that we were able to warm up on the grill and also cook our rib eye steaks. Excellent meat!! Would highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip to Lake Cumberland! Great communication with the owner.
