For a vacation rental it is perfect if you want to explore so many attractions but don't want to L.A. traffic to get there. We are offering an alternative to your typical stuffy hotel.

Our condo is within 5 minutes walking distance to the Long Beach Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, Shoreline Village and a 2 minute drive to the Queen Mary just to name a few of the local activities just outside the front door. So If You're in town for a convention or just coming for a little 'R & R', you'll never have to look far for some kind of entertainment.
