Studio + Den, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)

This is an beautiful, new studio in the heart of the city. It's right across the street from famous Library Square, and it's 3 diagonal blocks from the Salt Palace Convention Center. It's walking distance to all of the great downtown sites, and it has all of the amenities that you'll need to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

There is a free indoor parking spot assigned to this condo with a security door leading to the garage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances & utensils that you'll need during your stay and the dining room table will comfortably seat 4 people. There is a small private deck off of the back and a large raised patio area in the front with a breathtaking view of the mountains (see picture).

With this location, you get the best of both worlds: You're inside the city, yet you're practically right at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. There are plenty of restaurants within a block and Washington Square and Library Square are right across the street.

We purchased this home because it's so close to everything. It's located right across form Library Square, so we couldn't ask for a better location.

What makes this studio unique

Library Square is one of the most unique buildings you'll ever step foot in. It was patterned after the Roman Coliseum and it's unique look makes it a landmark. Washington Square is a green space in the middle of the city with the historic city/county building on it.

Additional information about rental rates

We can set the payments up for one, two, or three payments. Our cancellation policy is pretty easy-going: If you cancel 30+ days from the arrival date, you get a full refund of anything paid. If it's within 30 days of your arrival date, you get a full refund if we can re-rent it to someone else. Christmas is the same, except it's 60 days.
Fees And Taxes The tax rate is the same for ALL hotels and vacation homes in Salt Lake City, which is 12.6%.
Normally the minimum stay is 4 nights. Shorter stays are accepted, but 4 nights will be charged unless the reservation is made at the last-minute. Even at this rate, we're still a better deal than our competitors with all of their hidden fees.

June, July, & August are reserved for long-term stays only.

* Approximate monthly rate. Actual rate will depend on the days of the month you stay.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Just a short note to let you know that we really enjoyed the condo and our time in Salt Lake City. The condo was strategically located in the city so we could walk everywhere. We went to the DaVinci show across the street and really enjoyed the old library museum. The new library, Temple Square and Creek City Center were wonderful to visit.

Wonderful studio apartment

I just recently visited Salt Lake for the first time and was fortunate to stay in this wonderful studio apartment. My girlfriend and I found the place clean and the complex very quiet. Each day we walked to the conference we attended at The Salt Palace. That took about 15 or 20 minutes depending on the route we chose. We did not have a vehicle for the week but it was no problem. Getting to the grocery store was just a few blocks walk to the East. There is also a restaurant and bakery downstairs. The bakery is open for breakfast and lunch, delicious. This place is a great location at a great price!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Perfect Condo and a Perfect Location!!

My wife and I stayed here because we'd stayed at one of the owner's other homes last year and we were impressed with it. This place was even better. We actually offered to buy the place from him! It was very tastefully decorated and the owner was extremely professional and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone and I would recommend ANY of the owner's places!
