This beautiful traditional new 3 storey Spanish townhouse is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout to give a light and airy Mediterranean feel. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double and 2 single beds. A bathroom on the first floor with ground floor cloakroom. Lounge diner with oak beamed ceiling & tiled floor, equipped with satellite TV, 32'' flat screen TV, DVD player, and double sofa bed. Beautiful marble stairs lead to the first floor and roof terrace. A large sunny balcony is accessed from bedroom one. The property is fully secured with personal gate and window railings to ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and all basic kitchen utensils. Outside is a sunny tiled and walled patio with secure off street parking. Gated & safe for children. An attractive resident’s swimming pool is adjacent to the property. Supermarket is available at Alenda Golf, 3 min drive or larger shops/restaurants in Elche.

The whole of Orito is surrounded by vineyards producing all the local sweet wines. GOLF lovers have the choice of at least 5 established courses in the area. ALENDA which is 4 mins from the house 18 holes/Par 72 ,Alicante club de Golf, Club de golf El Plantio(Elche),Bonalba(Muchamiel),Sierra de Altea(Altea). Orito is a walkers paradise & the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Orito & Saint Pascual is a short 5 min car drive. The cave of Saint Pascual, at the foot of the Aguilas mountain range, is the most popular local worshipping place with a pilgrimage taking place on May 17. Alicante is a 20 min drive & is a lively seaside resort with beautiful beaches and plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping. Santa Pola (20 mins) Carabassi beach is delightful and unspoilt & used mainly by Spanish locals. Diving & fishing can be found here. Elche is 15 mins drive & offers great shops & restaurants. Alicante airport is a 15 min drive. Murcia/Torrevieja/Benidorm are 45 mins away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A security deposit of £100 is charged on all bookings. This will be held until confirmation is received from our property manager that the house is left in a tidy condition and no loss or damage has occurred. A refund will then be issued within 10 days from the completion of the rental period less a deduction of £40 for the property cleaning plus £5 per person for laundry services.
    There is an additional charge of €25 payable to the Property Manager for any key handovers outside of normal business hours (see MEET & GREET)
    A deposit of 25% of the combined total of the rental & the security deposit is required with your booking. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
  • Payment Methods accepted: Bank transfer, personal cheque or Paypal account (add 5%)
  • For larger parties please enquire on availability and prices as we also team with a neighbour and can rent both properties to sleep 12 at competitive rates.

Notes: WELCOME PACK - is available at an extra cost of £30 which is a great idea for those arriving late or on a bank holiday and includes all basic provisions incl milk and water. BASIC PROVISIONS - you'll find many basic provisions in the kitchen for your use but we ask that you replace once finished so that others can share the convenience. MEET & GREET - is available from Alicante Airport or train station at an additional cost of approx €25 (please ask for updated price) and is advised if you are new to the area or if you are without a Sat Nav. This is payable at the time of service to the greeter. For out of business hours arrivals our property manager will only key handover on a MEET & GREET at the airport SMOKERS - are welcome to use the outside space and dispose of waste carefully. CLEANING - will be at the end of your stay however if you require an interim clean this can be arranged.

Alenda offer packages for the other courses within the group ensuring value for money across many of the regions world class clubs. Alicante Golf is 20 mins drive and contact details for them are as follows: Alicante Golf,Avda. Locutor Vicente Hipólito, 37. La Condomina. 03540 Playa San Juan Alicante, and again is an 18 hole par 72 course. El Plantio in Elche is 20 min drive. Golf & Country Club La Marquesa and La Finca Algorfa Golf are at Santa Pola, Grand Alacant - again 20 min drive Real Club de Golf Campoamor, Campo de Golf Villamartín and Club de Golf Las Ramblas de Orihuela based south of Torrevieja are a 45 min drive. Campoamor being the jewel in the crown and well worth a visit.
