The apartment is located near the mall Aqua, the Corte Ingles and 200 metres from the Ocean. It is part of a residential pool, gardens and playground. It has surveillance 24 hours a day. It's a very cosy and comfortable apartment. It has two bedrooms. One with a double bed equipped with a mattress viscolástica, and the other with two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed, namely that becomes a bed of 1.35 m. It has two full bathrooms, one with shower and bathtub with another, the latter in the master bedroom. It has the essential kitchen tools, crockery, glassware, bedding, blankets, towels, etc.. It has major appliances: washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, vacuum cleaner and television; Internet connection and the whole house has heating and air conditioning.
