Photos and Description of the Cala D'or vacation villa rental Situated in a residential area close to the charming village of Porto Colom.

This villa with multiple terrasses and private pool is a new and very well taken care of. With its spacious areas and 5 bedrooms this property is ideal for a family or a group of friends up to 10 / 11 people. On the groundfloor there´s the livingroom with flatscreen TV (SAT) / DVD / Stereo and seating capacity for 9 persons. Connected to the livingroom is the diningcorner with massive pull-out table for up to 10 persons. This area gives out to the terrace with beatifull swimmingpool, there´s an other large table and chairs available for 10 persons to enjoy a meal together in the open air. The tastefully decorated kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use, in the storage there´s a washingmachine and a dryer for clothes. One bedroom (with 2 single beds) is situated downstairs aswell as 1 bathroom with shower. This bathroom is also ideal for all visitors. The other 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located upstairs.

And golf lovers find the Vall d´Or at 4km.
