Newly build villa for up to 16 pers. 8 BEDROOMS (4 suittes and 4 double bedrooms). Large plot in rural area, ideal for privacy. The villa has a large 10 x 5 pool, completely fenced for the security of the little one´s. Large garden with grass and childrens playground. (Swing, etc). Large kitchen with 5 ring stove (induction) and double door fridge. Ideal for who like´s to cook on their holiday. BBQ also available in the garden. Only 8 km drive from downtown Lloret de Mar with it´s large boulevard and nice romantic beaches. Check out our website for a photo album of Lloret de Mar and it´s surroundings. You will be surprised of the diversity of the Costa Brava! We are located at 25 km from Barcelona Girona Airport (Ryanair) and for excursions we recommend to visit Barcelona, Dali Museum (Figueres), Girona, and of course if you have childrens visit Marineland, Water-world Lloret. Lot´s of activities nearby, Golf, Beaches, Quad drive, Horse-racing, etc.

In Lloret you have Waterworld, Marineland, Beaches, and a lot of culture as well. You can make a daytrip to Barcelona, Figueres (Dali Museum), Girona centre, visit the ancient and medieval towns of Besalu, Hostlric, Palafolls etc etc. Or the natural wonders of Calaluña and it´s Volcanos at the La Garotxa region, the Pirinees and many more.

Notes: The plot is completely fenced, there is a large garden with playground for the children. The villa and the garden are on the same level. The cars can be parked at only 20 mtrs from the entrance of the villa on its private parking space. (Up to 4 cars). The plot is about 5000m2 and the place has a lot of privacy. The neighbours surrounding the villa have also 5000m2 plots so no neighbour is close to the property. (Nearest distance about 500m ) Ideal for those who like a lot of privacy. In this area there are a lot of oak trees,little rivers and miles of unpaved roads that are ideal for hiking . Bring if possible your ATB (All terrain bike).
