Self-catering summer holiday rental luxury apartment, with secure parking, the apartment has a uninterrupted view of Caswell Bay, there is a double bed in the bedroom, a double pull down bed in the lounge,fully equiped galley kitchen, comfortable & spacious lounge/dinning room, bathroom has bath with shower over and wc. All electricity is included in price, there is a pay phone in the foyer, just a short walk along the beach is a cafe & small gift shops you can relax & enjoy the peace & quiet soak up the sun, or watch the surfers catching the waves. There are plenty of coastal walks to take & many places of interest to visit including Oystermouth castle, or Rhoselli with its breath taking views, & many many more.caswell bay was featured on 'Britain's finest view. The holiday apartment is on the gower peninsular, approx 15min from Swansea where there is a shopping centre,cinema, leisure centre,bowling. It is 5min from the mumbles where you will find shops,cafes, bars & restaurants.

    Bookings more than 8 weeks in advance: A deposit of 30% of the cost of the holiday 8 weeks before the start date: The balance must be paid in full plus a refundable damage bond of £100.Payments can be made by cheque.
  • Overseas Payments
    Payments from outside the UK can be made via Paypal or Google checkout. There is a small fee for this service. Once the requested dates are confirmed as being available they will be reserved in the applicant's name for 5 days. If payment as outlined below is not received in that time we regret that the reservation will be cancelled
  • Tenancies commence at 3.00pm on the day of arrival (or earlier by prior arrangement) to 10.00am on the day of departure. It is important that these times are adhered to so that the accommodation can be properly prepared for you and subsequent tenants. The tenant will be liable for any extra costs incurred for attempting to stay beyond the departure time. All keys are to be returned to the owner as agreed.

Spectacular apartment on The Gower Coast

We had a week's stay at the beginning of September and wish we were back there now. Apartment is absolutely superb, wonderful views from the lounge window, right on the beach which is one of the cleanest beaches we have ever experienced. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has everything you want, to be exact, home from home. Excellent coastal walks are a stone's throw away. The owners of this apartment have thought of everything for your comfort, flat screen TV, DVD player, freeview and access to the internet. The kitchen houses a full cooker, microwave and washer/dryer which is fabulous for anyone who has children. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here.The Mumbles is about 5 minutes in the car (but can be walked to along the coastal path) but if you want bigger shops and super stores, you would have to travel about 15 minutes to Swansea. On The Mumbles itself, there are some very good restaurants, The Village Inn does lovely food and entertainment on a Friday night. If you fancy something a bit more special, try the Italian restaurant "Castellmara". Food here is of a very high standard and not overly priced. Will definitely be contacting Mrs. Davies to book again next year. All in all, thank you for an absolutely wonderful holiday.

Best apartment we have ever stayed in. Location ideal for kids and even elderly relatives who can people watch out the fantastic picture view window. If you are a surfer well two minutes flat you can have your wetsuit on and be in the surf when you see the waves. Cleanest beach ever love it. Try it for yourself you will return again and again.

The apartment in Caswell Bay was excellent. Beautiful view on the bay and beach, easy access to beach. Excellent location to start walking coastal paths. Not far from Mumbles and Superstores.
