Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

It is with regret that due to Hurricane Sandy our condo will not be available this summer. Immaculate, well maintained beach block condo. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo is the perfect location for your New Jersey shore vacation. Just 7 houses away from a beautiful family friendly beach. You will love being within walking distance to everything from miniature golf, ice cream, fish market,boardwalks to bakery and fresh farm stand.

This is a 1200 sq/ft 2 floor condo. The 1st floor features an open floor plan that includes the kitchen and living room area with a half bath and laundry room off the kitchen. The 2nd floor has a master bedroom with queen bed, guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bath.

There is a private fenced in patio in the back with a table, chairs and grill for your enjoyment.

This is a quiet family rental. No proms or tenants under 25 yrs old.

Please bring your own linens and towels. Pillows provided.

Security deposit required.

About The Owner

Our family has been going to the Jersey Shore for over 45 years. In 2001 we decided it was time to buy our own place to escape to. Ortley Beach was the perfect location. It is within 2 hours of NY. In addition, it was a great place for our children to have the same experience we had as kids,

A really nice well kept and convenient property

Very nice and spacious condo unit. Furnishings were clean and comfortable and in excellent condition. The location is a short walk to the beach, dining and stores. Can't wait to go back again. Lovely owner with exellent communication.
