Sidney 1 Bedroom Apartment is front line and within a small walking distance of La Cala de Finestrat beach. This one bedroom apartment has a balcony with sea view. The apartment is very modern and has a twin bedroom and 2 'z' beds which sleeps 4 in total. There is air conditioning/heating (metered),ENGLISH TV with DVD player in the open plan lounge/diner. The American style kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and washing machine, iron, ironing board, all cooking utensils etc are also provided. The bathroom has a w/c, bidet, & bath with shower and hairdryer. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs for 'alfresco' dining. There is a communal swimming pool which is covered and heated when the weather gets colder. Loungers provided for pool use. The beach bars, restaurants are within a 2 minute walk. Ideal for a relaxed holiday. Car hire is not required. Airport transfers arranged.

The Spanish resort of Cala de Finestrat is located a mere 3 kms south from the lively resort of Benidorm. Finestrat though offers clients a more peaceful resort with more than enough to do which is ideal for families but still within easy reach of Benidorm's many attractions. The resort of Cala De Finestrat has a beautiful sandy beach which is ideal for families with young children wanting a more relaxing holiday. Finestrat still retains its Spanish atmosphere and offers some excellent sea food restaurants, along with many outdoor bars and cafes. There is a large shopping centre on the outskirts of the resort called La Marina with many designer shops along with restaurants, Cinema & Bowling. La Cala is located 3 km away from Terra Mitica theme park where both small children and the adrenaline junkies will have a fantastic time. In Benidorm you will also find Mundomar with Dolphins, Seal & Parrot shows, Aqualandia water slide complex & Terra Nature nature park all within easy reach.

Finestrat is a friendly resort with plenty to do which is ideal for both families and couples and still within easy reach of Benidorm's many attractions & nightlife. Finestrat is known as Benidorms best kept secret and still retains its Spanish atmosphere. Offering excellent restaurants of varied cuisines, along with many outdoor bars and cafes a few steps from the beautiful sandy beach. You will find supermarkets, tapas bars, and restaurants within a small walking distance of the apartment. There is a large shopping center 'La Marina' on the outskirts of La Cala Finestrat with many designer shops along with restaurants, (don't forget your credit card). Cinema & Bowling. The beach of Cala Finestrat is beautiful and safe for children with life guards on duty during peak season. there is a fantastic bus service taking you to many locations including Benidorm, terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia,to name a few.

Golf: Golf is 5 minutes away on the new 18 & 9 hole courses, Real de Faula & Sierra Cortina.

An excellent 'Home from Home' apartment. Very clean & tidy, very well equipped, very nicely decorated & well furnished. Lovely views of the bay from the large balcony. Easy access via the lift.
A great personal service from the owner.
Would return to this apartment & would rate it very highly.
It is in a elevated position above the bay, but within easy access to the beach & shops & restaurants.
Would rate it 10/10
