Why Lisa Prowse (owner) or Pam Tiliztky (prop manager) chose Summerland
New home (construction completed 2011). Designed to be our future (multi-family) retirement home. Currently enjoyed as a vacation home, and our rental property. We chose this area for its proximity to beach access, privacy (flanked by a bird sanctuary), and super freindly neighbourhood. The large park/public beach, w/ tennis courts were also contributing factors, as is the fact that the entire area is completely flat, and has very little car traffic. This makes it a popular spot for people to roller-blade, cruise around by bicycle, walk, jog etc.
