A great location only three miles to Casinos and one mile to Heavenly Ski Resort. This cozy 5+ bedroom 4 full bath is perfect for family and friend reunions and get togethers. Views of Horses and scenic meadows. Hydronic heating and a wood stove keep it warm in the winter.

Hello, my name is John. I have spent a great deal of my time in Lake Tahoe since I was very young and love everything the mountains and lakes have to offer. It is a blessing for my wife and I to own this large home and we enjoy sharing the experience with our family and friends.

Why Renee chose Pioneer Trail

I have vacationed in Tahoe since I was a toddler. In my opinion, South Lake Tahoe is the most beautiful place in the world, an ideal vacation spot offering year round activities. It is the only place in the world I know of that you can Snow Ski/Ride and Sunbath at the Beach on the same day.

We wanted a home that would accommodate a large family with friends (many bedrooms and bathrooms) and offer easy access to Heavenly Valley Mountains, Beaches, Stateline and more.

What makes this house unique

Recently remodeled with a new kitchen and lots of pine accents. Six total bedrooms, five on main floor with two master bedrooms, one with an adjacent room. Large multipurpose playroom downstairs with full bath. Hydronic heating system with thermostats in each room for individual comfort. Large storm windows with views of the forest and meadows with horses. A level property with plenty of parking and easy access to the main road.

The house was ideal & suited our family perfectly with sufficient beds, bedrooms, bathrooms & assorted toys to accommodate everyone. It was located convenient to private sledding areas and within convenient driving distance to skiing, shopping center with grocery store, miscellaneous shops, restaurants, & movie theater, and casinos at State Line. The property was clean & comfortably homey; it had all the amenities of home but in Tahoe. The owner was friendly, accommodating, and responsive to our questions. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives. Thank you for sharing such a lovely home.

We recently stayed here for a family reunion of 12 people (a mix of kids and adults). This is a very clean and comfortable house with plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of bathrooms so no one ever had to wait to use one. There was even a recreation area downstairs for the kids, complete with a ping-pong table. The heating system was amazing which made the house feel warm and cozy. It is a few minutes drive from Heavenly and town, which makes the location very convenient. The surrounding property is very pretty and in the mornings we would watch the horses graze in the meadow nearby while the kids made snowmen in the front yard. This is definitely a place where happy memories are created. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends, family and you!

We had a great time! The home was very clean and comfortable. We were close to everything and if we didn't want to go anywhere there was a game room and many videos to watch. There was something for everybody.
We can hardly wait to go back!!!

comfortable, perfect for our family reunion. The owners were very accommodating and allowed us to rent for just one night. The description and photos were accurate. The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner was very helpful, especially when I found I had left the keys to the property on my dining room table. I would recommend the property to a friend and relative. We would stay there again .
