Amazing 7 bedroom single family home sitting on the beach! If you have a large group, this home is for you! This three-story rental has two full kitchens with granite counters, travertine floors, a beachfront patio with a private spa, barbecue, and patio furniture, two rooftop decks with more patio furniture and a barbecue, and a balcony with another private spa! There is a 4 car garage and 4 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! Nothing was spared when this rental was built. With 7 bathrooms, everyone can have their own and there will be no fighting for space! Come escape to luxury on the beach!

You’ll love the location of this home! The coastal town of Oceanside boasts wide, sandy beaches and beautiful weather all year long. There’s no shortage of activities for play or relaxation. After a day in the sun, take a stroll to the Oceanside Pier, the longest wooden pier on the western U.S. coastline. Take in the views, watch the surfers or drop a line and go fishing. Or, consider taking a sailboat out on the harbor at sunset. When it comes to dining, you'll find plenty of options nearby, no matter what your tastes may be. Whether you want to cozy up in a casual cafe or enjoy a four-course meal, we are happy to recommend an eatery to fit your taste. Many of our guests enjoy cooking their own meals at the home as well. Lots of Room for Large Group on the Beach in Oceanside

Beautiful property right on the oceanfront with multiple decks. All bedrooms included an ensuite bathroom (one was only 1/2 but others were 3/4 or full). Lots of room to spread out and find a great place to relax, read, enjoy the view, etc. The window seats were extremely comfortable and very popular. Located within walking distance to the pier. Long, wide sandy beach was great for long walks. Could have used more dining room seating but management company readily provided a folding table and additional chairs for more seating when requested. My family group is definitely planning a return visit.
