Charming beach rental with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, recent remodels, common area with firepit, bbq, lawn, and patio. Steps to the sand! You will not find a better deal for this prime oceanfront location!

Our quaint beach bungalows are inches from the ocean, with no roads between the rental and the beach! Right next to the bungalow there is a shared patio to enjoy with a barbecue, fire ring, large grass area, and sandbox for the kids, all with the beach as your backdrop! All the bungalows have been updated with crown molding, new carpet and paint. Each unit has its own kitchenette with a refrigerator and oven/stove. Kitchen utensils, towels, & linens are all provided. This unit is directly facing the ocean, and has a private deck space in addition to the common area, for watching those beautiful San Diego sunsets. There is also a shared coin laundry room available.

These units are perfect for romantic getaways, a gathering with friends, or for a small family. And you'll love the location of Oceanside! The vast ocean views and sand, year-round beautiful climate and adorable downtown attractions make it the perfect setting for a beach getaway. After falling asleep to the sound of rolling waves, you'll awake refreshed and relaxed. Spend your days at the beach, or explore the other coastal attractions Oceanside has to offer. Check out the California Surf Museum, or take a stroll down the Oceanside pier at sunset. You could even take a sailboat out on the harbor! I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.

Reviewer Comments:
We were very happy with the rental. The sofa sleeper was really bad, we all tried to sleep on it and couldn't. We loved that the ocean was right outside the front door! It was convenient to the pier,grocery store and freeways. We would stay here again but not book several months in advance. The people in the rental next to us paid $99 a night for last minute resverations and we were charged almost twice that for booking 6 months in advance. it was still overall a great place to stay.

Manager responded on 4/22/2013:
The reason #4 is more expensive is because it is a 2br. The normal rate during LOW season for one of our 1 bedrooms (which includes #9 which is directly next door to #4) is $99 per night. The 2br is $198/night. Hope that clarifies things! We hope to have you back again soon! ~The Team at Beachfront Only

This place should be call Dolphin View. We saw dolphins passing by every morning and late afternoon. The house had a feel that you we're really on the beach.
Everything worked perfectly.
Beachfront is very profesional, we never had to call them. Everything was instructed perfectly

sweet,awsome view with excelent beach access.We had four adults and two teen's and a golden retriever and we were cozily comfortable the rental looks a tad shabby on the outside but the interior was very nice and clean with super comfy king beds and sink in lounge chairs thanks beach front only we had a supre fun week

We stayed 4 days at the beach with our dog for a much needed break after the tragic death of our son in an airplane accident. It was a great stay at first sight my husband was a little disappointed but he loved it once we settled in. The carpet had a few stains tile, would work better at the beach! Upon checking out we were given a 10% discount for rebooking so we booked the unit next door for Oct. We really did not need a 2 bedroom but only one available for our March booking, Our dog will miss the deck in Oct! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

My family had a GREAT time staying here. This is my first time renting a vacation spot and I gotta say, I WILL DO IT AGAIN! It looked like there were other places close by with a few more amenities but for what we wanted (a place to sleep and close to the beach), this was PERFECT!
