Enjoy a relaxing vacation on the last canal at the south end of Topsail Beach. Perfect for boaters, there is a deep-water boat dock and fish cleaning station.

The canal is a great place to swim, fish, play and kayak, and if you have a boat, it provides easy access to the sound, sand bars, and intracoastal waterway. The beach access is a short walk, just 5 houses away. Enjoy long beach walks to the secluded southern most point of the island.

The house has three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms: 1 queen bedroom with detached bath on one side of the great room. On the other side of the great room there is one (1) double bedroom and one (1) queen room. There is a detached full bathroom between these two bedrooms. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living area.

The dining room table seats 6. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, ice tea maker and toaster. There is a large Weber charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. There is a TV in the great room. Wireless Internet access is available. The ground level storage room has a washer and dryer.

There is a covered front porch with rockers and views of the ocean and sunrise, and an oversized back deck with deck furniture and fabulous views of the sound including breathtaking sunsets. There is also an upper deck. (Note: the upper apartment unit is not part of the rental agreement and will remain locked, and unoccupied). There is a fully enclosed outside shower, providing a refreshing experience after a day of play.

Each spring we put up gourds for Purple Martin nesting, and the birds return every year. It's great fun watching the birds take care of their babies, especially in the evenings as they are busy flying across the canal to catch bugs for feeding the youngsters.

What makes this house unique

Like most visitors to the area, we love Topsail Beach. It is a special, family friendly area with a relaxing atmosphere and secluded, uncrowded beaches. Great area for kids to enjoy the outdoors. Swimming in the canal, fishing off the dock, riding bikes, or taking boat rides are favorite activities. We love watching our Purple Martin bird family. We feel so fortunate to have this home and hope our rental guests enjoy it's unique qualities.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Weekly rental rate is $1600.00 plus state & local occupancy taxes of 12.75%
  • Sept 15th Weekly rental rate changes to $995 per week plus state & local taxes
  • There is a $200.00 refundable security deposit and an $85.00 cleaning fee.
  • Rental week is Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 3:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM
  • The security deposit plus half the rental rate will hold the house.
  • Balance, plus taxes and cleaning fee due within 30 days of arrival.
  • Security deposit refunded within 30 days of end of rental time.

The title of this property reads "Beautiful Views! Great Location on Deep Water Canal. Close to Beach". That title couldn’t be anymore TURE! My kids and I had a great time swimming in the canal. It's setup PERFECT for your boat and fishing. We spent every minute we could on the boat. It's easy access to the sound side and all of the great sand bars. The other time we spent on the beach witch is a 2 minute walk from the house. I have spent 40 plus years vacationing on Topsail and this house was by far the BEST!!!!!! We are planning now for another week next summer.

This is an immaculate home in an ideal location. The rear deck is huge with comfortable seating and a constant sea breeze. The dock and canal provide easy access to the sound and pass to the ocean for boats and kayaks. Easy beach access is about a two minute walk. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beach house. Topsail beach is a family friendly, quiet destination and in our opinion has the best beach in NC! The property was clean and well maintained. The beach is a very short walk from the house. The water was beautiful and clear. The kids loved playing on the beach and swimming in the canal. We sat on the deck each day/night and enjoyed the view of the water and the amazing sunsets. We would highly recommend this property. This was the best family vacation we have had yet!

The house is beautiful and colorful. The view of the ocean and canal is calming. The sound of the ocean is calming as well.! I would highly recommend it to others.
