  • 25% deposit paid on confirmation of booking. Final balance and £500 damage deposit payable 8 weeks prior to stay. Monies paid either by cheque or bank transfer. The damage deposit will be returned as soon as the changeover agent confirms everything is in order. A map and directions will be sent via email on confirmation of booking. Collection of key's arranged on arrival in Spain, where a tour of the villa will be given showing facilities on arrival.
