Close to beach, lots of light, and plenty of room.

I stayed in the Yellow Submarine around Labor Day 2012. We had 4 total couples, plus several other friends that visited throughout the week - our party was mainly in our early 30's. The master bedroom was very spacious and shared a shower (but not bathroom) with two smaller bedrooms. The upstairs area had a bedroom with two queens, plus a bathroom and sitting area. There was a very large screened in porch that we took advantage of on a daily basis.
The owner priced this property very well, as it isn't the newest or most modern beach house, but it is very comfortable and open floorplan. The openness of the kitchen, living and dining rooms facilitates a friendly and fun atmosphere. The house has plenty of light, a good kitchen, spacious living and dining room. The outdoor shower was fun too. Several members of my party liked this house more than the house we stayed in last year.
There are older houses on Errett Road and on the oceanside that rent for similar amounts, if not higher amounts. This is a great deal. It has that perfect beachhouse look!
Finally, you'll love the area. Quick access to a private, uncrowded beach (in contrast with Bethany and South Bethany). We went to the beach almost every night as well to go night swimming and hang out.
