This beachfront townhouse is ideally perched on a bluff above a secluded beach, set amidst tropical gardens with water features and uninterrupted views out to the Caribbean Sea offering a totally private setting. This villa is tastefully furnished and designed offering modern luxuries such as a 43' Plasma screen TV with full surround sound and cinema system, 26' flat screen televisions and DVD players in 3 of the bedrooms, wireless internet, satellite TV, music system with iPod connection.

Notes: There are 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms located on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor, which are connected by a spiral internal stairway. Large wrap around balconies and patios on both floors provide wonderful areas to relax. Although the property has its own oversized plunge pool there is also a communal infinity pool located a few yards away from the villa. Only 2 of the 5 luxury apartments let - the others 3 remain unoccupied most of the year and therefore its very quiet and peaceful. This small private gated complex of only 5 units is secure with its own security to ensure guests have a private stay.
