Great House and Location

  • 4 of 5

We rented this house for the weekend. Located at the tip of St. Marks Wildlife reserve makes this secluded. Its in a quaint village with waving neighbors and people enjoying the FL sunshine. The house is exactly as pictured, clean, nice furnishings, plenty of room, great view of the canal and surroundings. We were able to watch a dolphin hunt right out front. Good hiking and sightseeing nearby. We used the scope to watch the rising moon. We cooked our own meals with a nicely equipped kitchen. My only complaint, only one, is the mattress could use an upgrade, otherwise an awesome house.

Fishing Heaven!

We had a great time on Live Oak Island! Excellent flats fishing for trout...Crabbing from the dock. The home is clean and comfortable with nice furnishings. Amenities such as canoe, kayaks and bikes make this a special stay.

SERENITY

  • 5 of 5

I have stayed in this waterfront home several times and each time it gets harder to leave. Again, one of my favorite places to be. The marine life is absolutely phenomenal (dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays, crabs, and of course fish). The house is well equipped, clean and fresh. Sitting on the front porch in the early morning is the best - watching nature come alive with the fabulous sunrises. Take a little stroll down the road or out on the boat and the sunsets are amazing. Oh and at night - lying on the dock is a great spot for star gazing. So much to explore and see by land and/or water. If you love the water (boating/fishing) this is the place. Peaceful, beautiful place. Thanks so much for letting me enjoy your home :)

honeymooners

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I decided on a nice relaxing get away with a little fishing for our honeymoon. We found the perfect place.A beautiful view of the bay, quiet peaceful sunsets on the porch and awesome fishing. We actually caught three big cobia and hooked a large tarpon. The furniture and amenities are top of the line. Granite counter tops, 16 inch floor tiles, leather couches and comfy beds. I highly recommend this cozy getaway to anyone. My wife and I have already booked a return trip

Tranquility

  • 5 of 5

This beautiful waterfront home is probably one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I've ever stayed. The views are exceptional even from inside the house. The island can be explored by bike and the waters by boat/kayak/canoe. The house is new and spic and span clean. Waking up and enjoying the beauty of nature come alive on the front porch is the best. Bring a boat and you can venture out for the day but have your camera ready - there are dolphins playing and feeding everywhere! Fishing is fantastic and the sunsets are amazing. If you're looking for a serene get away, this is it. One of my favorite places to be.
