Our Formosa Gardens Villa is a luxurious four bed/three bath executive home on the prestigious gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates, genuinely 2 miles (about 5 minutes) from Disney. Our home is situated on a large 1/3rd acre lot with palm trees and shrubs affording privacy and a Floridian outlook from our pool deck. * Three King size bedrooms (2 Master King Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms), a third King and a Mickey/Minnie themed Twin Room * Large Pool with spa (gas heating available) * Game Room (also air-conditioned) with full-size slate-bed pool table and foosball (table football) * Family room with widescreen high-definition Cable TV/DVD * Second Living Room/Den with 32' Cable TV, VCR/DVD player * Permanent high-speed Internet connection with wi-fi * Gas grill (BBQ) can be hired on request * Security system - ADT alarm system with 24-hour monitoring in addition to being on gated community

Shopping plaza just a couple of minutes away on the 192 which has a large Wynn Dixie grocery store and also a wide range of restaurants including the very popular Outback Steakhouse, Carrabbas Italian, Giordianos Pizza, Red Lobster, Subway Sandwich Bar, TGI Fridays, Taco Bell and ice cream parlour.
