The interior is modern and smart, ideal for holiday makers who like a bit of luxury! The beautiful Golden Coast Beach is within easy walking distance as is the colourful resort area of Pernera, which a has an excellent selection of well known restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries, car hire, banks etc. However when you are lying by the pool at Villa Constantina, you will feel like you are miles away from everyone!! Situated on the edge of development, overlooking a beautiful park area, this villa is quiet and tranquil, yet only ten minutes walk from everything you need! Ideal! and if you are feeling sporty, guests have the use of a tennis, basketball and volley ball court! Mid week maid service available free of charge. All the ingredients for the perfect villa holiday!!!

The South East coast of Cyprus is host to the most beautiful beaches and fantastic scenery on the Island. The coastline of Protaras and Pernera are now among the most famous and popular resort areas in Cyprus. Pernera is small village / resort area attached to Protaras. It has a fantastic range of superior quality restaurants and tavernas, as well as many lively bars, tourist shops, banks, bakeries etc. The Golden Coast Beach is post - card picturesque, surrounded by palm trees and golden sand, nestled next to the beautiful and quaint Golden Coast Marina. You can enjoy a cold beer or lunch overlooking the harbour or partake in one of the daily fishing and boat trips to famagusta and agia napa which leave from the marina each morning. The beach is also host to a wide range of water sports including water skiing, jet skiing, paragliding, flying fish, canoeing etc. This area has something for everyone.

AN OUTSTANDING PLACE TO STAY

This villa is modern, well equipped, very nicely dressed and contains everything a family could want. We could start our holiday from the moment we arrived thanks to all the essential basics that were there on our arrival. The internal accomodation is great but the outside is where it really stands out. The pool is superb and very clean and sits alongside a spacious sun terrace and patio area. Don't be put off by shadows if you arrive around tea time - you'll be glad of some shade after a few days!!! As previous reviews have stated, the location is spot on, within easy reach of bars, restaurants and also a variety of bays and beaches. Protaras is a great holiday spot for families or those wanting a quiter break and there is also a great hypermarket a short drive away for those evenings where you want a night on the terrace. Finally, Trish and her husband couldn't do enough for us and made a point of making contact early on as well as keeing the pool and surroundings top line. We would happily recommend this villa to anyone who wants a stress free, get away break in the sun!

The villa is very clean throughout & highly maintained. The outside area is very spacious, the BBQ area is great & the pool is lovely (which our son couldn't keep out of) & highly maintained whilst you stay there. Whilst you are in a lovely quiet area its a short walk to Pernera with all nice restaurants (recommend Sizzlers) & lovely beaches & a short drive to Protaras. The owner is very helpful! I would recommend this villa to anyone. Oh & the weather was fantastic!! Thanks Trish

Amazing Holiday!!

The villa was better than we expected, it was exceptionally clean and was equipped with everything you could ask for and more....... Trish (the owner) was great, she visited us at the villa and provided us with some superb places to eat and we would defiantly recommend Mojito's restaurant, also she directed us to many fabulous places to visit, like Konnos Bay. We would most defiantly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Cyprus and will hope to go again ourselves. We stayed for a week in April and loved every minute. Thanks Trish x

Our best holiday in Cyprus!!

We had one of our best holidays staying at this villa in April 2009. It is fully furnished & equipped to very high standard and conatins everything you could possibly want. The outdoor space is fantastic including a superb bbq of which we enjoyed. You get to enjoy the sun all day by the pool. It is a very child friendly villa and our 4 and 7 year old boys thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa was very clean on arrival and the pool was cleaned and maintained on a daily basis. The owner made contact on our arrival and left comprehensive instructions and was available if we needed her. All in all this is an excellent villa, in an excellent location of which our family thoroughly enjoyed and we would recommend it to all.

A Superb Holiday!

What a lovely relaxing stay we had at this gorgeous villa. Beautifully furnished inside and every requirement provided for. The space around the pool is fantastic. There is so much room to relax outside on the sunbeds not to mention the patio area where we sat in the mornings enjoying our breakfast in glorious sunshine. Our three children were never out of the pool which was spotlessly clean and well maintained too. What's brilliant about the location of this villa is that it's situated in a quiet area yet you are within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants and minutes in the car to Protarus. So everything is close by if you want it. We would certainly recommend this villa to anyone. We loved our stay here and will do it again.
