This comfortably furnished three bedroom town house is situated in the Villa Riviera Complex, just outside the main centre of Denia and is close to beautiful long sandy beaches which are within easy walking distance from the house. The accommodation consists of a very large lounge area (with sofa-bed), and a well equipped kitchen. A conservatory with dining area leads onto an 'all day' sun terrace. There are three bedrooms (one double and two twin rooms). The main bedroom has a sun terrace, a shower room with wc and basin and a separate downstairs wc with basin. All three bedrooms have air conditioning hot and cold units. The downstairs sun terrace has sun loungers and a patio table and chairs, there is also a large barbecue, two terraces at the back of the house which overlook the river and the surrounding countryside and the miles of sandy beaches. Added features to this property are two beautiful shared private swimming pools, tennis courts and security gates for safe parking.

Denia is a delightful cosmopolitan town, rich in history and culture. The town's focal point is the 16th century castle, which dominates the town from a height of 58 metres. The main street for shopping in Denia is Calle Marques de Campo. This is a wonderful Parisian-style tree lined avenue with shops, cafe/bars and restaurants where you can sit and relax enjoying the culture and atmosphere of the town. There are exquisite boutiques and gift shops and the restaurants offer some of the best regional and international cuisine. The average air temperature ranges from 15'C in winter to 32'C in summer. Such temperatures makes Denia an ideal location for year round holidays. The Northern Costa Blanca offers some of the most breathtaking scenery in the whole of Spain with mountains meeting the sea. The area is full of lush vegetation with citrus, almond and olive groves growing in abundance.

Denia / Las Marinas Area :: Denia ia a coastal city and has a 20 kilometer coastline, made of small, beautiful coves. To the North there are the sandy beaches of Las Marinas and Les Bovetes and the shingle beaches of Les Deveses and L'Almadrava beaches which are craggy and rocky. To the South is the Les Rotes beach. From the property there is a 30 minute drive through the Montgo National park which is very interesting and there are many coves to discover whilst taking advantage of the wonderful walks. Also you will see cultural and historical sites of interest. Javea is divided into three distinct sections. There is the Old Town, with its narrow cobbled streets, Spanish monuments and historical culture. The Port Area is still a working fishing port and has many shops, cafe/bars and exquisite restaurants romantically set beside the edge of the sea offering a tranquil setting. The Arenal Beach is a sandy beach with bars, restaurants and shops. Street markets adorn the esplande in the evenings selling gifts etc

Local Tourist Attractions:: The Terrain of the Montgo and Jalon Valleys provide the perfect environment for mountain biking and walking. The stunning waterfalls at the Fonts d'Algar are a 30 minute drive from the property. The area also has a superb campsite together with several restaurants and cafe/bars. Valencia is an hour away by car or an hour and a half by train from Gandia (30 minuted from the apartment). You can either enjoy a day shopping and looking around the many markets and boutiques, or spend the day exploring the city with its museums and historical beautiful buildings. Ibiza and Majorca are both just a short ferry ride away with crossings leaving Denia harbour daily. The fiestas in Denia are spectacular and you can dine alfresco whilst watching the live music and dancing in the streets and the whole town of Denia comes alive with fireworks. Not to be missed!

Golfing Information:: The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72m and is 6,029 meters. This flat course has many trees and water obstacles but presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: a driving range, putting green, motorized trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Within 25 minutes drive of the house is Javea Golf Club, situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72, and 3,035 meters. This is a relatively flat course to play. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. Both Javea and La Sella Clubs have tennis and squash courts. within a half hour drive North in Oliva, is the Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing 18 hole course is par 72 and 7,051 meters. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness center
