Newly built villa with private swimming pool, sweeping views over the surrounding mountains and country-side, a garden (5000m²) with old olive-trees, situated in a residential area, only 5 minutes' drive from the charming villages of Valbonne, Opio and Chateauneuf. On garden level, all rooms have access to the garden, terraces and the swimming pool (can be heated). Spacious living-room with dining area, flat-screen TV/DVD/HiFi. Separated, equipped kitchen (dish-washer, gas cook-top, oven, micro wave oven, refrigerator and freezer and dining area). Office and laundry. Master bedroom with dressing room, 1 double bed (160cm) with en suite bathroom with WC. Upper level: 2 bedrooms with private shower room and 1 double bed (140cm) each. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and TV. A last bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90cm). A bathroom with WC. Garage and parking, alarm, pool house with dining area beside the heatable swimming pool. Animals are not accepted. Damage deposit: 2000 Euro

The village of Châteauneuf de Grasse is listed as one of the historic sites in the Alpes-Maritimes. Attached to the slopes of a hill, Châteauneuf de Grasse looks over the surrounding countryside with the Bay of Cannes in the distance. At an altitude of 413 m and with a surface area of 895 hectares a visit to the village will take you past many interesting signs of its historic past. Ornate windows with their sculptures in the forms of shells, doorways, passageways, wide staircases, houses dating back to the XVIth and XVIIth centuries, porchs, lintels, washing areas.
