Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6)
What makes this condo complex heavenly is its oceanfront Club, where you can watch whales (during winter months) as you work out on a treadmill, linger in a meandering saltwater pool, relax in a sandy-bottom hot tub, or order a cool drink as you watch the seaside sunset. This Club is exclusively available to owners and renters at Hali’i Kai, and it is only two minutes' away from this lovely condo.
From the club, you can walk along a seaside trail to the magnificent Hilton Waikoloa Village hotel, just five minutes away. A great beach with water-sport rentals is only a five-minute drive away, and four topnotch 18-hole golf courses surround you. Year-round, the weather on the Kohala Coast is warm but not humid, nearly bug-free, and almost always sunny. This is the area where Hawaiian kings and queens came to vacation.

Why Dori chose Waikoloa Beach Resort
The weather is perfect here on the Kohala Coast: warm but not hot, sunny and dry. Years ago, we fell in love with the nearby Hilton Waikoloa Village, with its dolphin experience, winding hallways filled with Asian art, and great restaurants, including the best Chinese restaurant in the area. This newly built condo complex of Hali'i Kai is just across the golf course, right on the ocean, and it has its own pool, café, and workout room right overlooking the ocean. We picked this particular condo because it is close to all these great facilities, within easy walking distance of the pool and the ocean.
What makes this condo unique
This condo is on the ground floor with a lanai that opens to a lawn. It's just a short walk to the fabulous Ocean Club. There is a private BBQ on the patio. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, shower and bathtub. Wireless internet is included.
