A secluded Bluegrass Paradise located just 20 minutes to Churchill Downs and 10 minutes to PGA owned Valhalla Golf Club. This former thoroughbrerd horse training facility includes the serenity of 16 acres with views of the onsite lake from every room. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is ideal for entertaining with an open floorplan. A wonderful great room with a flat screen TV flows to a spacious dining area and open kitchen and bar area. A large wood burning fireplace center this living area. There are two grills are available for family or group cook outs. The large pool and surrounding deck have chaise lounges for sunning and a hot tub for relaxing after that round of golf.

The walk-out floor has a second living area complete with couches, TV, fireplace, dining table and a regulation pool table and dart board for the competitors in your group.

The Master Bedroom includes a King-size bed, fireplace, entertainment center and a spacious closet. The Master Bath includes a large tub with jacuzzi jets, a large shower with a steam sauna. There are two additional bedrooms on the main floor; one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Both have TVs and a spacious closets and share a large bathroom.

The fourth bedroom and third bathroom are downstairs and include a queen bed and walk-in closet.

Louisville has a myriad of destinations and activities to satisfy all ages and interests - the Kentucky Derby, the Breeders Cup, PGA Tour events, Louisville Slugger Museum, Boubon distillery tours, horse farms and much, much more. This is the perfect location to relax and refresh after experiencing all that Louisville has to offer.

Executive Leadership Strategic Meetings

This is our second use of the property for an offsite executive leadership team meeting. With two successful venues at the Roundhouse, we will definately continue to use this location. Easily accessible to our corporate offices, comfortable accommodations for our guests, and the home and surrounding property makes the perfect setting for a business meeting location. While there we can focus on the important decisions for our business. I highly recommend this for others considering an offsite meeting.

Corporate Meeting

I was looking for a quiet place to hold a corporate planning meeting for 2013. This location was perfect for the event! It had a wide open space between the kitchen, dining area and the living room. We were able to easily accomodate a group of 13 for a meeting and then a catered dinner. The property was well maintained and very clean. The people that we worked with were very accomodating and easy to work with. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to using the property again in the future.

Beautiful, unique getaway

We spent a week at this property and really enjoyed the serene setting. The swimming pool and grounds were amazing! The views of the pond and property from through the enormous living room windows is just breathtaking. The caretakers were there whenever we had a question or needed there assistance with anything at all. The owners were amazing to work with as well. We will definitely add Round House Farm to the top of our vacation list.

The Roundhouse Farm property was absolutely beautiful, better than the photos depicted (and they are great photos!). Very clean with lots of space and well maintained; the pool area was a bonus! 10 adults stayed very comfortably and the abundance of parking worked out easily for 5 plus vehicles. The location was great for dinning, golf and convenience items. I would highly recommend this property and would gladly return in the future.

Amazing stay in Louisville!

This property was absolutely beautiful....it's peaceful with a gorgeous view yet conveniently located. The house has a ton of space and the layout worked well for our needs. We had a blast with the pool and the kids swam every day (I would note the pool doesn't have a shallow end so if kids can't swim be sure to bring a life jacket). The owner and person who helped us check-in are some of the nicest you'll ever find and are super accomodating!

We loved everything about this place and if we go back to Louisville we will definitely stay here again!
