4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 10

The villa comprises an entrance hall, family room with TV, stereo music centre and DVD player,wireless internet, large well-equipped kitchen with dining annexe, two master bedrooms with shower rooms en suite, one with TV, and a twin bedded room sharing a bathroom with the fourth bedroom which has ‘twin over full’ bunks. A cot and high chair can be made available if required. Laundry facilities are in the double garage, accessed from the kitchen.

To the front is a garden overlooked by a small verandah. A patio window leads from the family room to a cool covered outside eating area overlooking the 50 ft deck and pool to the lake beyond with its abundant wildlife. The pool and its corner spa can be heated if required.

The owners regularly use the villa and a number of our guests have commented that it is a real 'home from home'.

Our friendly property managers, who live locally, will introduce themselves and are available for advice and help should any problem arise.

Golfers: The area is a golfers' paradise. Remington Golf Club is the premier daily fee golf course in the Orlando / Kissimmee area and all pricing includes 'All U Can' practice, play and eat. -

Just down the road is Kissimmee Bay Country Club with another challenging par 71 course - and there are more than fifty courses to choose from in the Kissimmee/Orlando area,

15 mins from Orlando airport and 20 mins from Disney,'‘Waterside’ is situated on the gated ‘Gleneagles’ development, part of the select Remington Community which is centered around an award winning Championship golf course.

Local amenities are excellent; less than a mile away at the corner of Highway 192 a CVS Drugstore caters for most needs and there is a Chinese take-away nearby.

Highway 192 to the west is modern Kissimmee’s ‘Strip’ with a wealth of shops, eateries and every kind of entertainment for young and old. Historic downtown Kissimmee is a stonesthrow from here. A couple of miles to the east is St Cloud, with a Wal Mart superstore and a number of chain stores as well as a large weekend fleamarket.

Orlando attractions include Sea World and Discovery Cove, Universal Studios, Wet & Wild and a host of shopping malls and outlet stores.

Cocoa Beach, the Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona, Tampa, Busch Gardens and St Petersburg’s Dali museum are all within a couple of hours drive.

Other Activities: Ice skating is also available locally

  • Weekly rates apply from any Saturday night until and including the following Friday night. All other nights are charged at the nightly rates. Rentals of less than 7 nights are subject to a $US100/£65 cleaning charge. $US rental rates are exclusive of and are subject to Florida State 7% Sales and Osceola County 6% Tourist Development taxes. A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rental cost (including taxes) is required to secure a booking. Payment of the balance, together with a security deposit of $US300/£200/€250 is due in full 8 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within 10 weeks of the departure date are payable in full at the time of booking. The security deposit will be returned in full within 30 days of the end of the rental period, subject to a satisfactory inspection report from the management company.
  • We accept payment in USD, £ sterling or Euros. Payments may be made by USD check mailed to a US address,
    £sterling or Euro cheque posted to a UK address or via PayPal by credit/debit card (4% surcharge) or money transfer.

  • The two en-suite shower rooms have large walk-in showers, w.c.s and spacious illuminated vanitory units. The third bathroom is directly accessible from bedrooms 3 & 4 and has bath with shower, w.c. and separate illuminated vanitory unit. Hair dryers are provided in all bathrooms.

  • Both master bedrooms have open views across the pool and lake, and have en-suite shower rooms, large walk-in closets and ceiling fans with overhead lights. They are fitted with Queen-size beds, large dresser units with ample drawer space, bedside tables with drawers and table lamps, radio alarm clocks and telephone facilities. Bedroom 3 has a large built-in closet, and is fitted with twin beds, dressing chest and bedside table with lamp. Bedroom 4 overlooks the verandah and garden, has a built-in closet, and is fitted with a 'twin over full' bed and 6 drawer dresser. The optional cot may be sited in here or in either of the master bedrooms.

Notes: This villa is used regularly by the owners, and a number of our guests have described it as a 'home from home' It is, of course, air-conditioned throughout with fully carpeted bedrooms and bathrooms. The hall and family room have cool ceramic tiled floors and there are ceilling fans in the family room, in both master bedrooms and in the poolside 'lanai' so those who like to stay cool have no problem. The full size community pool and fitness room are a 5 minute walk from the villa around the lake.

Great Villa

Last year me and my family had a wonderful stay at this place. The villa is well cleaned and well kept. After a long day shopping and amusement parks we relaxed at the swimming pool. The villa has a great lake view and it is really lovely to see the wildlife. We recommend the villa to anyone who wants te be near by the disney parks or just wants a quiet holliday. Me and my family are planning to go back next year with friends! And we would love to stay here again!

A perfect setting to relax

We stayed here for 2 weeks with our 10 year old grandson and the villa is exactly as described and the view over the lake is perfect for relaxing,watching the wild life and the beautiful sunsets.
The house is well maintained and well managed by a couple who live locally and the owner was in personal contact on the first day.
We have been in 14 villas in the Orlando area in the last 7years and would certainly return to Waterside and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends or relatives.
We particularly liked Chef John's Restaurant in Down Town Kissimmee which is only a few miles away over Partin Settlement Road and also enjoyed the Lake shore at St. Cloud .

Great stay in a lovely Villa

My wife and I stayed here in April with our 2 children and had a great time. The accomodation was clean and well maintained and more than met our needs in terms of size. We all enjoyed the pool, partcularly the children. It was a lovely area to sit outside and have dinner in the evenings with a beautiful view over the lake.

The location is great, very close to Orlando Intl, Disney and International Drive, which was perfect for us. The owner provided an excellent personable service and the communication was excellent. We would certainly stay there again and recommend the villa to others.

Comfortable home in the sun!

What a wonderful place to come back to after a long day having fun at the parks. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool and jacuzzi were a joy to relax in and just the right temperature! The location was good with the major attractions all within a 25 minute drive.

We had a minor problem with the pool which was delt with in a prompt and friendly manner by the property management company.

For eating we would highly recommend Crabby Bill's Seafood Restaurant in St Cloud and the Olive Garden on Highway 192, just off Guide Marker 11.

Overall we had a terrific holiday and would not hesitate in recommending this villa to anyone, you will not be disappointed!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We stayed in the villa for 8 days in November 2010 and had a great time.

The location of the villa is great; within a secure community and close to everything; turnpike, shops, parks.

What you see in the pictures is what you get! No photo shop here!

The villa has everything you need and is fully equipped - home away from home.

If you decide to go during the "winter" months pool heating is necessesary and well worth the money.

Dinner tips: Red Lobester on West Vine Street, 10 mins away. Great food and great service to a good price.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
