Renovated villa, exceptionally situated close to the Citadelle and the Parc des Chasseurs, with sea view. 100 m from all conveniences. The villa is partly air-conditioned. On the ground floor: entrance hall, 1 bedroom with a double bed (1m60 x2m) with furnished terrace. A second bedroom with at double sofa bed and TV. Third bedroom with a double bed (1m40 large). 1 bathroom with WC. 1 shower-room with WC. Laundry with washing machine and dryer and freezer. Garage for 1 car. Enclosed parking for 1 car. First floor: open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, cook top, US refrigerator, oven, micro-waves with grill). Dining room, living room with TV (satellite channels), HiFi, access on terrace (25m²) with view over the park. Telephone and fax office. Independent WC. Second floor: forth bedroom with a double bed (1m60x2m) with small terrace. 1 bathroom with WC. Damage deposit 2000 euros.

The train which is 7 minutes away runs all along the coast. Nice or Monaco are ten minutes away or you can be in Italy in 40 minutes. Drive into the hills and visit Eze or St Paul de Vence. Antibes and Cannes are within easy reach. This area has so much to offer from art, history, luxury and indulgence - whatever your taste. Villefranche old town dates back to the 12th century and is full of history and good places to eat plus a wonderful beach and sea to swim in. This is undoubtably one of the most beautiful places in the world.
