• We also take a Booking Deposit which will be 50% of the booking fee and 15% extra when there are 4 persons and 20% for 6 persons. A security bond is paid to cover the cost of accidental damage, loss, or cleaning costs. The security bond is returned in full when vacating the property when no damages or cleaning costs are incurred. All we ask is that the property and furnishings are in the same condition as they were at the beginning of your rental. We offer quality accommodation and naturally we wish to have quality bookings. We want you to have a happy hassle free holiday in Bali. Our housekeeper will meet you at the property to assist you. Late arrivals must be
  notified in advance.
  
  Payment in Great British Pounds into a UK account. Credit Cards not accepted due to avoidance of money laundering and therefore a BACS payment is requested. The payment must be made in the name of the lead person booking the rental. We can arrange a ' meet and greet' if required.
• There are many local restaurants in Bali including the local 'Warung' local street eating place. Many restaurants for the Western Tourists offer a courtesy pick up and drop off service. You will be spoiled for choice when you dine in Kuta which is only 15 minutes drive away from the house. A taxi is very easy to find they are always looking for the next customer. If you use Blue Bird the fare is metered and you will not be overcharged.
  You only need to familiarize yourself with what is on offer in the area and you can also order a 'take away' service direct to your door at very little cost. It all depends on your tastes and requirements. You will find the English speaking local people helpful and of course the ex-pats from Australia, Holland and Germany will always give you recommendations. Please remember 'Bali House' is only 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport so you can enjoy your stay without a lot of traveling at the beginning and the end of your Bali holiday
• We understand that flight arrivals and departures can vary and we are flexible to book your preferred dates and departure time can be extended if your have a late flight.
  
  We do ask though that the minimum stay is one week and only charge for each complete week. For further information please contact the owner who will be pleased to assist you with any booking inquiry. We can arrange a 'meet and greet' chauffeur service from the airport to the property this is usually £20 for 4 persons. Please request this as it is not included in the rental fee and we have to make a booking for you with a local hire firm.
  
  Upon arrival clean linen and towels are provided. There is also complimentary soap, toilet rolls and 1 large filtered bottled water (5 gallon) when you arrive. The supermarket is just 2 minutes away for everything you will need to enable you to enjoy your self-catering holiday in a beautiful location.
