Sunset Apartments is an attractive complex of 42 holiday homes in 3 blocks with a large shared pool, located next to Calis beach and its promenade. Sunset B11 is a duplex apartment located in the middle block over the 2nd and top floors and has stunning sea views from each of its 2 large balconies. This fully furnished self catering apartment is the perfect holiday location for those looking to relax in the sun, have fun in the sea, sample the Turkish nightlife & cuisine, enjoy the odd activity and re-charge your batteries. The entrance level of the property has an open plan kitchen / living room, a twin bedroom, shower/toilet and large balcony for al fresco dining. Upstairs their is a 2nd toilet with a large bath, the master bedroom and a 2nd private balcony perfect for savoring the sunset with a glass of wine. This apartment is in the centre of Calis but is quiet and secure. Calis is a popular tourist resort, 4km from the bustling harbour town of Fethiye, just 45mins from Dalaman.

In the living area there is also a double sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.

Coast and Beach: From your balcony you can be bathing in the warm azure Aegean Sea within 1 minute!.An early morning swim is a pure pleasure. Calis has a small sand and shingle beach suitable for family use. It is quiet and peaceful with a good selection of waterfront bars, cafes and restaurants and is the perfect place to escape and rediscover the simpler pleasures of life. There is a water sport centre closeby where you can hire or have instruction with windsurfing, kitesurfing and sailing. The most photographed beach in Turkey, Oludniz Blue Lagoon, is a 20min drive/30min bus trip away. The lagoon is a designated Natural Park of outstanding beauty and an international centre for paragliding. The climate is most agreeable with long hot sunny summers and mild temperate winters. Temperatures vary from over 30C mid summer to 16C in winter. Even in the winter months on a sunny day the temperature can reach over 20C.

Ski: Seki ski area is a 1 hr drive from Sunset B11, the season is Jan - March

great location a few steps from beach

I booked this apartment just a few days before going to Turkey and the whole experience was very smooth, from finding the apartment, enquiring and booking, it all went without a hitch. The owner/manager was very helpful, offering transfers etc and giving directions.

The apartment was very much as per description. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Access arrangements went to plan and the manager was very helpful, calling round to see if there was anything we needed.

The great thing about having an apartment rather than a hotel room is all the space you have and, with a balcony, beach towels,swimmies etc can all be dried out ready for the next day.

There are plenty of shops with lovely fresh bread and fruit, at a stone's throw and the beach is literally just a few steps away.

The beach is not the prettiest, but the surrounding views more than make up for this, with stunning sunsets.

The best thing though, is the people - so laid back and friendly, like stepping back in time. The nearby beach bars, with bean bags and massive cushions, make for the comfiest sunbathing ever!

As well as the 'strip' with all the restaurants next door to each other, check out the ones on the other side (ie take a right at the beach rather than left), there are some great ones, eg Oben's and Guvens. Really excellent.

My husband and I had a lovely holiday. The apartment is right on the beach and has a pool as well. Nice clean modern place, super holiday experience
